The quality of the food is great and made with care. Portions are generous, and the service is excellent. Customers have enjoyed the breakfast menu and have since started going for dinner as well. The daily specials are not to be missed.
With a massively varied diner menu, Wimpy's Diner is better than most. It has been compared to the original Fran's or the Queen's Dairy diners in Toronto when they were in their prime. There are lots of options, fast and friendly service, and full hours serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The restaurant is very accommodating, even for large groups.
Vegetarian options are available on the menu. Parking is convenient, with spots directly in front, behind the building, and a nearby commuter lot. The restaurant is also wheelchair accessible, with a ramp and rails at the smooth ground-level entry.
