I had a wonderful experience at Bamboo Kitchen & Bar, even during an extremely busy time. Despite the rush, the staff remained attentive, courteous, and highly professional. The service was prompt, and the servers were especially kind — regularly checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s impressive to see such consistency and care, even under pressure. A big thank you to the team for maintaining such high standards — I’ll definitely be back!
Friday Dec 6th. Salmon wasn’t fresh today! I was chewing through everything- nothing was buttery like normal, the miso was a little salty- had to water down :( , the rolls weren’t closed properly (which is becoming consistent thing lately). Not impressed with the food today! & My tonsils are also creating so much phlegm and that’s a sign something was off …maybe the salmon for it was end of day
