Came here on a late night during our stay in Port Perry. The food was great (both the teriyaki bowl and mac n cheese were 10/10) and pleasant service. This spot seemed to be a local favourite, the atmosphere was high and whoever walked in after us was called by the name. Good spot, would recommend!

I love going to Castle Johns! There is server names Rachel, who makes all her customers feel like family! She works so hard, and times literally running to make sure all her customers needs are met! She is the best server I have ever had the pleasure to meet! Ask for Rachel and you'll be treated with nothing but big smiles and good service!
The food is very good, always served hot and tasty!

Omg.. our server Rachel makes this restaurant!!! She always has the most welcoming smile when she sees me and my family come in to dine. There is never a mistake in our order, Rachel is so hard working and professional, she adds a personal spice to our food!

Sat at the bar and had a poutine, which was delicious. And a glass of water. But I almost threw up when I took a drink of water. It smelled like it came from a sewer. The bartender and the server that was working in that bar area were both very nice. I had a nice time visiting with them
