Only the second time ordering here. The first time was a couple of days ago and it was not too bad, this one was horrible. Ordered TRIPLE CHEESE & TRIPLE SAUCE. If I don’t have to use a knife and fork to eat it, (or have it running down my arms) it’s not what I ordered and paid for. There was no sauce and marginal cheese. When the toppings fall off the pizza, there’s not enough cheese. I was hoping to explain how we like our pizza, we order weekly, if not twice. So, I stopped in the next day and spoke to the Manager who decided to argue with me. When I asked him to show me where the cheese and sauce were, he told me that you don’t see the sauce when the pizza is cold. Well, we didn’t see the sauce when it was hot either. (And if that was triple cheese, I’d hate to see standard cheese. I’ve had regular cheese and sauce pizza that had more on it than this pizza). He then snarked a Merry Christmas, threw the slice in the garbage and turned away. When you pay for extra, you expect to receive extra. Needless to say, we will never order from there again.

Use to always make a point to stop here when in Port Perry. Haven't been here in a few months and looked like there are new owners now. Pizza wasn't the same. Use to love how the crust tasted and everything else about it. This time the Crust although still a good size seemed to not have the same great taste as before and turned me off a bit. The sauce wasn't great. They use to always put white onions on when I asked for onions and now seems they use purple. Which I don't dislike purple but prefer white on a pizza. Anyways it wasn't horrible by any means. The size and price is still good but taste wise is definitely lost for me over what it use to be.

I gave 3 stars just because I didn't stayed there, I picked up the pizza and I ate that pizza in my car beside the lake….but, was the best pizza that I had the pleasure to try in Canada until today, and I already try Pizza Pizza, Salvatori, Panago, Pizza Nova(Dundas St Whitby was the best until I try Crusty Pizza at Port Perry yesterday….😉)……the service was very friendly, the pizza was delicious and affordable price.

Good pizza for $11.99 special!. Great garlic dip as well but no where to sit and enjoy it. If you don’t live in the area you will need to eat the pizza in the car.

Placed an order tonight, Wednesday July 31, at 7:10, it is now 8:55 and still have not received the pizzas.. the communication between the cashier and delivery driver is boarder line pathetic. Drive claiming he can't find address on the GPS even after an hour after delivery.... House is located in town maybe try Google maps or updating your software. Will not be ordering from here ever again and will be mentioning to others that they can't deliver a simple pizza.....
