Well I am a big DQ diner, I really like it and often go to their restaurants. The service at this location was terrible and the manager is beyond deplorable. My wife and I received cold burgers, she took one bite and gave me the look. I then felt my burger which was cold. We returned to the staff who proceeded to microwave it box and all. I then said I was no longer interested. They called the manager by phone who told them to refund the burgers only, minus the tax. I told them to refund the full order which was around $40 for the two of us. They refused saying their method of handling the situation was DQ policy. I managed to get back the tax on the burgers but was left with a $20 bill for 2 drinks, an order of fries and a poutine, of which only the small fry was consumed. This restaurant is rated 2.5 for a reason. As a regular DQ diner, I am so sad. My wife says she will no longer agree to it when I suggest.

The Foxes Moon (Yxovic)

They used to give us 2 dipping sauce for chicken now they only give one. Charge you over a dollar for another! What a joke. Prices are bad enough for what you get. Disappointed.

They were busy and short staffed. We ordered banana splits and couldn't find the bananas. They were buried under everything. Weird maybe old bananas.

1. Deflated icecream, didn't hold it's peak/swirl, melted almost immediately!!
2. Unable to use dairy queen app to save money
3. Banana split ordered, looked nothing like the picture.
4. The oreo pieces in my blizzard were stale🥴

Drive-through was very rude. The woman had trouble understanding us because of her English. And we were trying to place an order and then someone else came on ( I’m assuming the manager) and was very rude to us and said that you’ve changed your mind three times, what do you want? That was totally uncalled for. I will never give this place business again.

Husband and I ordered a cake in the drive-through. We asked 3x for the lady to repeat herself- we even said we couldn’t hear at the speaker. As they passed the cake- through the window- completely sealed- we noticed how much bigger it was than we thought. We asked them if it was possible to switch it for a smaller size. The takeout personnel got the manager. The manager said she couldn’t take it back because it left their facility. Considering we were still at the takeout window, the cake was completely sealed & we had only put our hands on the bottom- this is ridiculous. If I touched it inside- how would it be different? When we asked if there was anything she could do, the manager shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Terrible service. Avoid this location at all costs.

Ask any questions like is poutine gravy veg or non veg and the one who is serving don’t even take courtesy to check or ask someone, simply replies don’t know. Pathetic service. Definitely not coming back

For the last couple years this store has been shorting the ingredients. Obviously the store doesn't make enough money so they rip off the consumer. Go anywhere else in the area and its fine.

The young girls are friendly however the manager is rude to the clients and employees. I would send that manager for multiple compassion and customer service training.She was speaking in her own language to another employee in front of yet another dissatisfied client which is a horrible optic. Would never spend another dine there

Pathetic service and strange enough, they told us that our dog was not welcome on their patio. Strange since we have been to a few DQ’s and Patios do allow dog. What was worse was the staff was extremely rude about it. Anyways, definitely not coming back. Something for DQ management to look in to

Travel Planner

If you don't know the Canadian standards, then teach them before hiring immigrants. It's concerning how some owners replace Canadian employees with cheaper labor from India, who may have no understanding of customer service.I also feel bad for the employees because the air conditioning inside the shop is not working, and the outside temperature is 30°C.
