Fries were terrible, greasey and mushey soft 0 crunch whatsoever. The sausages were quality, bun was stale. Also, they charged tax on a cash deal? Clearly cash only a business is arranged so they don't have to report their earnings... I don't expect to pay taxes in that case.

Expensive for the quantity and quality. Maybe 4 cheese curds on my poutine. Older lady working was extremely rude. After she insulted me not once but twice I had to tell her I was visually and hearing impaired. She didn't care, nor did she change her additude to at least not to embarrass me in front of other patrons.We drove right past it today.Save your money and time!

We are huge lovers of chip trucks and enjoy trying them all. We were really really disappointed in Frans chip truck in Port Perry. While the fries themselves were not bad, the gravy had ZERO flavor! What surprised us the most were the crazy prices! A small fries with gravy, a med fries with gravy and a pop was $21. That's insane, especially for the quantity and quality. We won't be going back again!

If I could give 0 stars I would… I don’t normally leave reviews but this really bothered me. I placed my order and was waiting around for it to be done. I saw one of the workers, walk from the back (where she was helping prepare food) to outside with a dog treat. She was giving a customers dog a treat. She then went back in, didn’t wash her hands and went right back to touching food. No gloves were used. At that point I couldn’t stomach eating there. I asked for my money back and explained what I saw. The lady at the front did ask if I wanted Fran to make my order. I said no thank you. Fran responded with “give it back to her (my money she meant) I’m not worried”. The right thing to do would have been to apologize. I probably wouldn’t be writing this review had I received a simple apology. Things happen but the fact that they didn’t feel the need to say “sorry” tells me that this is a normal occurrence. Their standards are extremely low.Won’t ever be eating here again.

We stopped here Sunday of the Easter weekend for the first time and will definitely be back. Everything we tried was great.Man mouth burger was huge with 2 patties and cooked well.Mac and cheese bites were delicious, hot and crispyChicken strips were great.We asked if they could make a grilled cheese with bacon and it came with Lots of bacon on it we were really happy about that.And of course the Fries were great, wish we remembered to try the gravyWait time is about 15 mins but we'll worth the wait.
