I was in the store just minutes ago, I was the only customer in the store at the time, the woman working behind the cash/desk was standoffish and somewhat argumentative! Definitely not a hello how can I help you was happening! I don’t have a lot of knowledge in natural vitamins and remedies/medications. I asked her what would be best for my problem that I was experiencing ..she showed me a shelf of about 5 or 6 products. I then said I don’t understand and then I asked her which one would she recommend, she immediately and not kindly said everyone is different and it wasn’t her job to choose for me! I never get treated like this at National Nutrition in Orillia! They can’t help you enough! They listen, they never make you feel stupid and you leave feeling confident about your purchases and your well being.I honestly would have left without buying anything but I was experiencing SEVERE acid reflux!I won’t be going back there ever again!

This is such a great little store. Although small, carries an amazing assortment of anything you need. I have gone there and was always pleasantly surprised by their knowledge and that they keep up with the times of things that people want and need, from Dr. Oz recommendations to new research. Really well done.
