What a fantastic place - great food, top notch staff, and a really cool location in downtown Port Perry. For the last few years it's been our bi-annual family meet up spot. Being equal distance from downtown Toronto, Bobcaygeon and Aurora, it's just perfect and so easy to get there. Our family rarely agrees on anything, but not with Marwan's!

Sat down and ordered our appetizer which was soup and an entree of steak with potatoes and veggies. It took 35 minutes for the soup to come out and an additional 40 minutes for the steak. Steak had zero char but flavour was decent. Everything was soaked in garlic butter including the potatoes and veggies.

Stayed in port perry for a birthday celebration and chose marwan’s for dinner. Great vibes, good service, and decent food. The soup was a little too tangy for our liking but thai curry and pastas were good.
I was pleasantly surprised! I had the mango trout and it was delicious. My wife has the butter chicken and loved it as well. Very tasty food.

My first time going to this restaurant. I was with a group and we appreciated the time the waitress gave us to chat and catch up with drinks before ordering our dinners. Very friendly service. Atmosphere was busy and lively but still suitable for conversation at the table. Food options were ample and the special, pasta and shrimp entree was delicious. The serving size was sufficient and the meal was served piping hot. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant and will most likely return if I'm in the area.
