Excellent service and delicious pretzels
Wish they had more cold drinks options other than a shake. I am sure the shake is good but looking for more lighter cold version. We were offered Hibiscus lemonade but only had enough for 1 drink to make. It was good and not sweet. I will be back to try the pretzels next time. Lovely Staff
Very friendly staff and a lovely selection of treats! Pretzels were also awesome.
I stopped by Mrs. Fields Cookies in Port Perry while passing through town and it was such a great experience. The variety of cookies was amazing !!! Fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Each one was soft & flavourful, and clearly made with care. The staff were incredibly outgoing, and made me feel right at home with their warm eccentric energy. It’s rare to find such great customer service and treats in one place. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!
Was pretty excited to try some of the sweets after seeing all the great reviews but was pretty disappointed. The coffees we got were watery and not overly flavourful. We got a variety of sweets / cookies to try. The cookies were on the stale side as if they’ve been sitting out for a while and the cheese cake was hard :( We spent almost $40 to be disappointed.

Friendly staff and good service
The food and service are excellent, but this establishment is quite small. As a result, you have to move the displays to sit at the table in the back.
Additionally, the door is quite heavy and lacks accessibility features. If possible, bring someone to help you open the door, or consider bypassing this place altogether.
Wheelchair accessibility: As mentioned in the review, this establishment lacks accessibility features, and the door is quite heavy. If you’re planning to visit, consider bringing a companion who can assist you with opening the door, or you may want to skip this place altogether.

Very limited gluten free- no breads , no cookie options and the gf were sugar heavy- really nice staff though even when they dropped the last items I ordered so I was not able to buy anything

Love it there! The coffee and sandwiches are always fresh and delicious. The bakery owner is a lot of fun, personable, and very hardworking. It' s the absolute must stop bakery for me before art workshops up that way.

I’ve never seen a Mrs Fields store like this so I was excited to go inside (of course knowing what they sell) but I’ve okay ever see the cookies sold in malls and who doesn’t loves Mrs Fields !!!!!!
First: please try the slutty brownie if you haven’t.
The inside is gooey heaven and the outside has the perfect bite. It’s so good!!!
Not overwhelmingly sweet or chocolately - it’s just the right amount, can’t stress -
This brownie is near perfect.

They have good food items, but their service standard is pretty low. Stood in queue and moved up the queue, but their rep kept skipping us in the line and served a few clients until we had it enough and when we called it out. Instead of an apology or acknowledgment. She said with a very bad attitude well I am here now what do you want.
