Twice over now papa John has provided amazing pizza with great customer service. It’s started with Sean over the phone taking my order. His customer service is great. He’s very knowledgeable of the menu, advised me both times on items/specials I can carry out vs have delivered to me!
Also, a lot restaurant struggle with my address - Sean was knowledgeable of the surrounding delivery area Papa johns services and didn’t take long at all to confirm we can be delivered to!
Pizza was great the first day and second. The boneless chicken bites were fresh, meaty - we enjoyed those a lot too! We used to order from somewhere else but this is 100% our go to now!

We ordered 23 large pizza's from Evan, the Manager at Papa John's in Port Perry for a crowd of 60 or more people. All the pizza's arrived nice and hot & on time. We were a little outside of their delivery boundary but because we had such a large order they delivered them to us. We order from them quite often because they make really good-tasting pizza. I would highly recommend them if you are serving a large crowd or even just for your own family. Obviously you need to give them a few days advance notice for a large order but you will not be disappointed. Everyone at the party really liked your pizza's. Thank you so much to Evan, and his delivery driver and to all of the staff at Papa John's Port Perry.

Good atmosphere, I never had any issue with food or pricing. I recommend people to try it out.
I just picked up two pizzas here for $46 and change. Got home and saw that there was nearly no cheese on and looked like literally 1 topping, like one piece of meat or green pepper per slice. Honestly, the worst pizza I have ever had in Port Perry! I called and the "manager" said it was not him, but a worker. Did not offer to re-do it. Did not apologize. I hope nobody supports this rude business. We have many pizza stores in Port - and every one of them beats this dump! They also overcharged me - so if you don't heed my warning - check your receipts!

Horrible pizza - and extremely rude staff who sneakily overcharged us! Avoid at all costs. Support the other honest Pizza stores in Port - with much better pizza, at much better prices. This place is a dump with extremely rude and careless staff.

Worst pizza. I have ever had. I will never be back. And will spread the word about my experience with This Papa John's. The cheese is nasty and falls off the pizza. Weather it's too much sauce. Not sure but I will stick with the other Pizza places in Port Perry .I have had good luck with Papa John's. But only in the whitby area.
