i don’t like to leave bad reviews but the quality of the pitas are a little cheap and the workers tend to wrap them too tightly, which results in the wraps getting soggy faster and sticking to the wrapper itself. i got home 10 minutes after, and it just completely fell apart and only tzatziki was on it so i don’t understand where the sogginess came from??. i paid 27 dollars for a coke and this xl wrap and i didn’t even get to really eat it… i just want another one honestly i feel like i wasted my money on a meal i didn’t even get to enjoy.

I have had better shawarma, but for Port Perry, it certainly isn't bad. Fresh toppings, and the staff was very nice. Excellent portion size as well. Clean store as well. Certainly better value and healthier than typical fast food.

Literally the worst pita pit. I asked for a small chicken Caesar salad. They didn’t give me bacon told me I ordered chicken only if the employee took his air pod out of his ear maybe he would have heard my order

DO NOT EAT HERE!It was the worst experience I've ever had at a pita pit..The pitas that my coworker and I ordered were soggy just after ordering.. the lady drenched our pitas in sause... Absolutely terrible!

i worked for pita pit for MANY years growing up. i have only since left my postion at the start of the pandemic. i send my finance to pick up my APP order this evening. where the recipet states at the counter it would be $12.25. the total at the restaurant was over $15 and quite honestly the most disgusting sandwich i have EVER eaten. as somebody so held so much pride in this franchise for many years i am disgusted in what i was served today.
