I had an absolutely awful experience with this place. My order took two full hours to arrive, and when the pizza finally showed up, all of the sides I paid for were missing and the pizza was stone cold. I contacted the store, and while they said they would issue a full refund, I never received anything (it’s been 3 weeks). The customer service was honestly atrocious. There was zero sense of urgency, zero apology, and zero accountability. It felt like they were just telling me whatever I wanted to hear to get me off the line rather than actually trying to resolve the issue. Between the long wait times, missing items, empty promises, and lack of care, I can confidently say I will never be ordering from here again. Extremely disappointing from start to finish.

Pizza was ordered at 4:28 and delivered at 6:23. Didn’t get order right. Pizza was cold. Wrong dough tried to call and only got message that mailbox was full. This is the third and last time we order from them as orders always wrong or late delivery. Time to give money to mom and pop pizza places instead of franchises who don’t care

Ordered online, had my order confirmed online as well. I was 15-20 minutes away. When I arrived, I was prepared to wait a couple minutes, given there’s always a chance of delays in a fastfood chain. Nope, I got there and it was clear that my order hadn’t even been started yet. Waited an additional 25 minutes in-store, which is wild since the “ordering ahead” was the convenient option.
