It really depends on who's working. Could be 5 stars could be 1 star. So I went with middle ground. learning English would be very beneficial to them. Just saying. I'm not going to learn Punjabi just to get my order right.
I cant speak for all the pizza hut franchises, but port perry has an amazing one. The food tasted awesome and the staff are very kind and go above and beyond. Definitely will order from them again. I dont even like pizza but love the pizza from pizza hut.
