This does not happen usually. Me and my family love Pizza Pizza and we always prefer it over other pizza joint.
We were in Port Perry on September 01, 2025. We already placed an order online. Pizza was already ready when we went there. There were 2 employees. We were waiting at the counter to pay and get our pizza. Despite calling them again and again, they did not come to the front. They saw us waiting but did not respond. Then, another customer walks in, and stood just beside us. That employee knew we were waiting for quite a while, and when he came to the front, he directly attended the other customer who was placing a fresh order. He completely ignored us. After he was done with the other customer, he called us and finished our transaction. He gave us our order and went back again. We wanted some paper napkins and we called him again, but he did the same, he did not respond at first and then rudely gave the look to us. He again came to the front, attended another customer’s request and then gave us paper napkins. Despite we never met each other, I don’t understand what problem he had with us. This was really bad and strange experience we’ve had with Pizza Pizza. He made pizza well though.
I hope they train them well and teach them to take customers on first come first serve basis.

Going to any pizza pizza franchise you don't have the highest expectations, but I must say this is by far the best pizza I have eaten from any pizza pizza location across Ontario in the last 20 years. The pizza was cooked to perfection and the topping portions were not only generous, but it was so neatly and evenly spread around the pie making it look like a Mandala. I placed an order for take out on September 21st, just shortly before closing time, and picked up the pizza sometime around 11 - 11:30PM. The kind gentleman working the shift deserves recognition.

We ordered online and when we went to pick it up at the time it said, they told us they could not do are order. They had are number and could have called. This is not are first time having problems but we gave them another try. This is the worst Pizza Hut we have ever been to.
