I am making a small complaint regarding the change of the caramel flavoring for the Ice caps. It no longer tastes like caramel...it now tastes more like apple cinnamon. Please change back to the original

Useless. Order a steeped tea with milk and sugar and what I got was the most disgusting watery mixture that tasted like half coffee and half tea. These cheap workers are not trained to serve people properly. And please do not suggest I contact customer service because they don’t do anything. You just comment on every complaint because they tell you to.
