I believe there is a big language barrier at this Tims. Which is sad. Customer service should ensure that English is both spoken and understood well. I go to this location almost every day, at least once, and my order is either incorrect, something is not added to my bill, or I need to repeat the order several times before it is “confirmed”. Staff, however, are very pleasant.
There were two ladies working the front restaurant tills and no customers. There were three of us standing in line, all wondering when they'd decide to serve us! We stood there for a good 5 mins before someone decided to work again. Meanwhile, the drive thru crew were working their butts off to fulfill orders! Restaurant staff need to do better!!
