All the employees at this Tim Hortons are so nice. My order is always correct and it comes quickly. Also, if you enjoy watching some drama unfold, go through the drive-thru. The last three mornings I've seen people yelling at each other. It's been quite entertaining. I actually saw a guy run at a lady's car yelling at her on Tuesday morning. Not sure what happened beforehand, but if you see this please let me know! Haha

I had a great experience at the Tim Hortons in Port Perry. Krishma provided excellent customer service and prepared my order quickly and efficiently. She was polite, attentive, and made the whole experience pleasant. Service like this really makes a difference. I would definitely recommend this location and commend Krishma for her outstanding service.

Ordered 2 hot chocolate for my kids from Reach St and Old Simcoe Rd. Looks like brownish colored hot water and no taste of chocolate at all. Went back to cashier and dispensed second time. Unfortunately same result.

This is the best Tim Hortons store I go to and I am a faithful Timmy’s fan. The staff is absolutely amazing. They remember my order and they are friendly. Don’t know why this one is so much better than everybody else’s but whoever’s running it or training the staff should go to the other stores and not to mention my coffee is always perfect. I take two cream one sweetener and it’s the same every day. I don’t get that from any other stores.

Sadly previously a great location has gone very downhill. Constantly running out of things or make you park to the side while they make coffee for your order. Mistakes on orders but once you drive away it's hard to go back. This has happened five out of the last 7 visits so it's not a one of mistake. I won't go back. The older lady that works on com to take your order has been there for years and she remains delightful.
