Ordered Double stacked scrambled egg loaded wrap with no cheese and maple butter bacon. Got regular egg instead. Was charged for scrambled egg. Staff at the location don't care about accuracy cause half the time people can't come back to complain. This happened twice with me. Someone need to train staff to hold themselves to a higher integrity. Extremely disappointing.

The drive-thru staff was extremely disappointing. I visited on August 25, 2025, at 5:10 p.m., and the person who took my order struggled with English and was very rude. He mentioned his name was something like Nill or Lil. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this location. It seems like poor staffing decisions are affecting service quality.

Waited over 10 min for a toasted bagel and a coffee; coffee order was wrong and after 10 plus min I couldn’t wait for the bagel anymore. Disgraceful service. There are two other franchises in town, if you need Tim’s give a different one your business.

Every other Tim's makes the cold brew properly, layered. This locations cold brew always looks and tastes like iced coffee. For such a expensive drink I would expect a lot more consistency!
