Can’t believe i have to actually say it. Stop hiring Indians……I’m sorry if this comes off harsh but I’m so done with these people ruining take out places everywhere!! In these last years I have never had so many consistent issues and arguments over such stupid and trivial things. But when I come to purchase food and the sanitation conditions are absolutely disgusting and cross contamination across the board yeah I’m going to have something to say. This location has the sweetest white ladies who are an absolute joy to see every morning and my food/drink is always done right. When the Indians are here just turn around and walk away as you’ll be wasting your money on a messed up order and attitude. This goes for every restaurant iv found

Non cooperative staff. Gentlemen speaking nasal sounds is a bad server. Even I waited on a mobile pick-up stand, 2 Employee Gentlemens just passed by me and did not evan geet or ask me. Never go again.

This is by far the worst tim Hortons in all of port perry, highly recommend going to the old simcoe location as the staff are much nicer. This location frequently has their debit machines down, and have no posting saying so. I’ve waited in lines for 15 mins just to he told oh the debit machine isn’t working… not to mention the staff is beyond rude. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Downright awful

came for a turkey blt, got the blt but no turkey, iv worked in fast food and could understand the tomato or bacon but the turkey???? disappointing 0/10 messed up orders all the time
Disgusting health code violations and clueless, careless staffDude drops a whole pack of donut bags-- picks them up off the visible filthy floor, adds them to the pile of clean ones and tries tp serve food with the same gloved hands... he does not see a problem with any of this. Nor do his coworkers. No contact info for feedback... as far as food goes they F up my order every single time and its a simple tea with 2 milk and sugar. Horrible customer experience not sure how it is still open and not being charged with health code violations

If I could give no stars I would. Hands down the worst outlet I have ever gone to. Consistently don't have what you order, extremely slow, and tonight didn't have enough decaf for what I wanted and would not brew any as it was half hour before close. No way to run a business. It's a shame that when Tim's opened in Port Perry it effectively killed a very busy and good Country Style location. Now everyone is just stuck with bad service
