Was just here. We ordered 1 baconator double with no cheese and extra bacon combo, 1 cobb salad and a jbc with no lettuce and no tomato, 1 daves double on a lettuce bun combo, 1 more jbc with a baked potato. The order was rung in completely correct however we got home and the baconator was on a lettuce bun and the 1 jbc had lettuce when it wasnt supposed to. Went back, they replaced it with *another* baconator on a lettuce bun and *another* jbc with tomato on it this time when not supposed to. Went back again and received another baconator on a bun this time but with cheese on it when not supposed to, good thing i checked before leaving the parking lot again. Went back and talked to the manager this time and i kid you not he absolutely did NOT care about this at all, he went and finished up the orders in drive thru before even attempting to fix our order for the THIRD time. That was completely unacceptable and nobody even apologized for the repeated mistakes in fact they didnt even look surprised that this kept happening. So dont spend ur money here they literally do not care.

Whoever is working in the drive through this morning was extremely rude, and was rushing me before I could even finish saying my order. Iv came to this location previous times before work and every time im met with poor drive through customer service. I work in the service industry and this is so ridiculously far from what should be expected from the average experience with manners a person should have. Poor service. No manners.

Have to give it to Wendy's in Port Perry, always get great service no matter how busy they are or what time of day it is. Staff are friendly and welcoming. But they definitely made our day with their delicious frosties after my son and I had such a terrible experience moments before at the rude Dairy Queen next door. Thanks for the amazing service Wendy's, you are go to be are go to for ice cream here on out frosty's for the win!

Made a standard order, no special requests. Staff put my burger on the tray and we waited for chicken strips. After 15 minutes I still didn’t have my order. Finally got it after 18 minutes and complaining
Outdated Coke machine with a dirty bathroom and the Coke machine was in the bathroom. But I couldn't tell if it was a bathroom or just the inside of the Wendy's. My friend ordered five chicken strips and all he got was four dirty nugs. They washed the floor with motor oil or something because I almost slipped and died and if I fell God would know it. The baconator was as expected... Heart challenging. Still if you need a good dirty burger this place will provide. Also the napkins were like fortune cookies and said that my future would be foretold after I ate my baconator.

This is the third time this establishment has gotten my order wrong in the last couple of months. I am quite annoyed as their meals aren’t cheap and I would hope their employees would try a little harder to read the orders of their customers a little better. Oh and the crumbs in a bag that I received as croutons is actually laughable. Very disappointed since this use to be a decent place to get takeout.
