Had a great experience at The Chip Ship today! The cashier was phenomenal 🙌 So personable, so outgoing, chit chatting a little bit with each customer they served! That alone blew me away. The food was also delicious, and they have a huge menu! Will definitely be back.
We drove two hours to get here because it was something different and we just had to try it out and it was worth the drive. Not only was the food delicious but the customer service we received was exceptional. The lady who took our order was so sweet, helpful, and patient… and good customer service will always bring me back to a business. Dill pickle fries are a revelation. The service is super fast and friendly. I love the Nashville chicken sandwich. The fish sandwich is fresh and delicious. My only criticism is that their buns are pretty crumbly and they don’t always stand up to their luscious burger offerings. I would think about changing up the buns.
