I am a local and been coming here for years. Tonight was the most horrible experience ive ever had. Service was good and love the restaurant itself but the food was absolutely intolerable. We both ordered the perch (was my wife's birthday) the perch was beer battered. (stated on menu)
I thought a light coating but it was battered like a 6.99 all you can eat dive fish and chip shop.
It was honestly sad to see what they had done to whats supposed to be lake erie...read full review
we had a surprise birthday party for my mom at the Boathouse this past weekend and had a fabulous time!!! the food was delicious (big portions), the staff were amazing and very helpful... Wonderful ambience, would recommend!!
Nice locale and clean facilities. Many of the items on their online menu are not actually available. Their in-house menu bears no resemblance to what they advertise online. Disappointing. The food we did order was decent, and the service was perfunctory.
