Hero Certified Burgers Reviews
I came here for a quick lunch with another person. We where surprised about the price, but after taking to the employee it makes sense why it was priced that way. After we got our food it wasn't as bad as other reviews stated. The only downside was the fries tasted like it was frozen then put into an air fryer. Other than that the food was decent.
It was okay, the burger tasted a little weird, but the fries were really good 👍
It’s the best place to eat at this rest area. My son insists that we stop there every time we drive by now.

Hero Certified Burgers offers one of the best chain burgers, especially the Korean BBQ loaded fries. While the prices may be high, the quality makes it worth it. Some customers find the burgers overpriced with basic quality and a long wait time. However, the new NashVille Chicken Poutine has received praise, being described as "DIVINE" and one of the best poutines. The plexiglass shields can be bothersome, but the food is surprisingly good for a fast-food joint at a fair price. Despite being a bit slow due to a busy environment and lack of staff, it is still a decent choice for a quick meal. Customers note that the cashier is friendly and works hard, even alone at times. Though food can be delicious, consistency and service issues, like soggy fries, have been pointed out. Eating in the sunroom is recommended for a better experience.
