The location is great, right on the beach lots of parking!, inside it a little run down feeling, when ordering a burger it came with nothing on it, no lettuce tomatoe nothing, there was a table were you could add condiments but that's it. Not sure if you have to ask specifically or what but was a little disappointed. The fries had no salt again you could add salt at the station but would have liked if they added even just a little. The prices were good though way cheaper than any other similar place this and being right on the beach are its reademing factors. If you go in knowing what to expect with the food it's a decent place to get a meal

Horrible food. Sure, not like the old Mackies. Fries were dark brown. They must have been reheated several times. The steamed hot dog was not hot or steamed. God awful. The orange aid now takes like Tang. Never going back. I've been going to Mackies for over 75 years but I will no longer waste my money there.

Moved back to London a few months ago and took my family to one of my favorite childhood spots, and it did not disappoint. It's a must! Fries and mackies sauce or one of the other sauces to choose from! And don't forget an orangeade! Great spot 👌

Fish and chips a real disappointment. Frozen battered cod, each piece an identical size and shape. Chips good, milkshake good, service very good.

Mackie’s always hits the spot during a beach day or even on a road trip to Port Stanley. The wait times can be long on sunny weekends (around 20-30 mins in line), but the food is always delicious and filling.
Parking: The parking for Mackies restaurant is usually taken by beach-goers on the weekends
