We had two medium fries and gravy and pop 36.00. fries were burnt . The lady at the front was nice. But for that kind of money fries should be better

True a Canadians don't use shredded cheese for Poutine. I'll take the long drive back to see if they listened to the many comments about it and start using proper cheese curds 🤞

There is so much to look at in and around Heart of Muskoka Fries that you couldn't see it all before your food comes out. The food was delicious, but the fries got soggy, driving back to the cottage. Recommend eating there while it's fresh. Get there early, they close at 6pm

Found it funny that 3 months ago people commented about no cheese curds in the poutine. And now, it seems like they listened finally & menu has been updated to actual cheese curds!

Little slice of heaven in the forest.

Banquet Burger was 10/10, fries come unseasoned (it's up to you, wish I knew) 7/10.

Took a while for order, maybe understaffed, lots of locals hangout. Will try again, worthy of another go since Burger was tasty, smokey fire and antiques were nice.

I have been here 3 or 4 times now, each time I'm just as disappointed as the last. Waited over an hour for two poutines and 3 sausages on one of our visits. The poutine is not authentic, they use shredded marble cheese, not cheese curds. Should be illegal to call it a poutine. The other times it was over 40 minute wait for similar orders. Last time we went we ordered 3 burgers and 3 small "poutines" and it came to $75 which we thought was overpriced for the quality, their portions are decent size though. The servers are not friendly and the food in my opinion is not good. Although, I have not tried their breakfast food. I've made the mistake too many times, I will not be returning in the future. I gave their atmosphere 3 stars as they do have some cool/old posters and decor to look at while you wait... and you'll have plenty of time to check it out with the wait times.

Little slow due to being family owned but so worth it. The portions to price is very good, large portions decent prices and very nice rustic/old atmosphere. Food is very filling and tasty
