Little bit pricey, HUGE serving sizes (regular is shareable for 2-3) poutine and hotdogs are excellent.

Two stars for the kitsch atmosphere. I couldn’t finish my food because of the taste and quality. The server dropped our plates with a clunk on to the table, said nothing, and walked away. The washroom. = disgusting at best.

I was extremely disappointed in the food It was a bare minimum of cooking but I guess that's what people expect nowadays. For $15 the burger tasted like it was made pork or pre-made, not freshly made like they advertised. The fries were overdone and not salted at all and they didn't even ask me if I didn't want salt or not. So to assume come salted you have to pay extra dollars for if you like fries with your burger and so you had to make a full combo. Fries are not included within a burger meal to service felt rushed and they felt like they were not really watching to be there. It was a little bit hot. I understand but customer service is important but overall atmosphere. I did enjoy the way it looks like Muskoka it was rusk it just the food and service was holding it back. It was definitely not what it was back in the day when they had fresh cut fries. Far better burgers and actually cared about their quality

What an amazing little place. Just off the hwy. The old signs, pictures, and nik knacks are really cool to look at. The portion size is out of this world. The price was decent. I highly recommend the poutine!

The fries are okay.
The burgers are good though the toppings are hit or miss and sloppy (I swear my slice of tomato was a quarter of a tomato thick haha).
The customer service is not good (rude, abrupt, not helpful), and as such I won’t bring guests from out of town here because it’s embarrassing to show off our amazing little town like that.
Yummy fries
Huge delicious poutine! Great sausage! Excellent service!!
We had two medium fries and gravy and pop 36.00. fries were burnt . The lady at the front was nice. But for that kind of money fries should be better
True a Canadians don't use shredded cheese for Poutine. I'll take the long drive back to see if they listened to the many comments about it and start using proper cheese curds 🤞

There is so much to look at in and around Heart of Muskoka Fries that you couldn't see it all before your food comes out. The food was delicious, but the fries got soggy, driving back to the cottage. Recommend eating there while it's fresh. Get there early, they close at 6pm
Found it funny that 3 months ago people commented about no cheese curds in the poutine. And now, it seems like they listened finally & menu has been updated to actual cheese curds!
Best poutine ever!
Service was longer than expected, higher prices than desired, although the food was excellent!
