“Very tasty burger, lots of fries. Definitely the best burger and fry place we have been to in a long time. Small place but friendly locals you can squeeze into the tables with.”
“We dined at Tall Trees yesterday evening to celebrate our son and daughter-in-law's anniversary. Everything was simply awesome. Jay was an excellent server. Our meals were delicious. The ambiance was wonderful. One of the owners came to our table to check that we were satisfied. A nice touch. We will return.”
“One of the best experiences I’ve ever had in food and beverage! The food had so much flavor, and the portions were perfect. You definitely leave full. Service was aLeo amazing super friendly such a warm family vibe! Timing was perfect….i just can’t rave enough about how lovely our experience was!”
“The food we had here was overall very amazing. We had the Panama green curry, the chicken green curry and the shrimp fried rice and it was honestly the best I have had. No restaurant in Toronto can match this. It was also priced really well. The only hiccup we had was we ordered the vegetarian pad Thai but that tasted like fish even tho it didn’t have meat in it. However, we couldn’t eat that and the staff happy my replaced that with the Penang curry. Would highly recommend 100%!!”
“Great local find. This place has been on my radar since walking by it last year so naturally when visiting this year we stopped in.I'm always on the hunt for great little local gems and this one I will return to again. We came in on a Monday at noon with 2 adults & 2 children. We ordered french onion soup, eggs & peamel bacon, pancakes & an omelette. Great fresh food. Coming in at noon and ordering breakfast can be "iffy" sometimes but everything on my plate was fresh and made with care. Food was great all around even the garnish's on the plate were happy healthy orange slices. You can tell a lot by a restaurant by the garnishes on the plate and the care of the salt & pepper shakers on the table.Atmosphere is bright, clean & fresh and has a great local crowd for lunch. Our server was wonderful as was the support staff.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu avail.”
“Lovely bakery with a great variety of bread and pastries. We had a vegetarian sandwich and several pastries, which were all great. The cappuccino was perfect as well.”
“Amazing store with quality products, So happy they have products those who have severe allergens eg No Whey Enjoy life. So important to me, especially at the holidays that I can buy treats here for my grandchildren with anaphylactic allergies. Thank you.”
“The fish and chips are TO DIE FOR!!! The batter is exceptional with fresh coleslaw that made it the perfect lunch. This coupled with the wonderfully cozy vibe and warm service, we’re definitely coming back when we can!”
“Best licensed cafe and live music experience in town! Yummy pastries, treats and mouth watering sandwiches to enjoy in a warm inviting ambiance. Great variety of coffees and teas. A ‘must try’ destination for locals and new comers alike. It’s also a fabulous music store: guitars, amps, gear, parts and impeccable service (and lessons available!) from one of the top professionally trained session musicians guitar techs in Canada.”
“First time trying this place. Went just to get some beer to take home. Tasty! Would go back the next time we're in town and the next time we'll bring food... We were told we can bring whatever we want to eat from other establishments as long as we enjoy Canvas' beer. Awesome concept. The space is comfortable and perfect for gathering with friends!”
“Friendly staff, so many delicious flavors, and at an excellent price! The small is so not small lol, but I'm not complaining! Always stop by a Kawartha if you can - we went when it was -20 out and there was still a line haha. Everyone else also had the same brilliant idea to get ice cream in winter.”
“This place is fantastic! We were visiting Deerhurst and I saw this place and had to go. Atmosphere is like nothing I’ve experienced before. It all K-pop and very nifty. The staff were extremely helpful and happy to have us there.Food was delicious and portions were large. The lunch specials looked good, but we wanted a variety to try so had the combo for 2, could easily feed 3. We got our son the homemade mozzarella/hot dog pogo thing and it was huge! He could only eat 1/3 of it.We would happily return if we were in the area and we were very happy with our experience there.Kid-friendliness: Staff loved our 3 year old, and he liked the food and bench seats.”
“Excellent food in taste and quality. Good choices. Complimentary breads were meager but good (flatbread). Service was friendly and attentive. Restaurant layout is almost entirely a single line of tables along the wall opposite a bar. Lighting was warm. General atmosphere was so-so.The only real problem was the water provided was undrinkable. It was city tap water smelling and tasting of chlorine provided in a large clear glass jug. Should not be provided with a meal.”
“This place is incredible. The bruschetta is the best I've ever had. And the lemon meringue cheesecake is out of this world. Service was great, very helpful with recommendations as it was the 1st time for a lot of our group of 10.100% ”
“Really nice place to meet for a coffee and a pastry. They have a great selection of coffees and teas, as well as beautiful baked goods, sandwiches and soup. The staff are really friendly and helpful too. After enjoying your coffee or tea you can bring home a loaf of one of their delicious breads.”
“Fish and chips were the best I have had in a long time. Murray sets the standard for awesome customer service and making you feel at home. May have to visit again before heading home.”
“Came here while staying at Deerhurst resort. Great place for breakfast/lunch with kids or no kids. Definitely good senses of a traditional diner. Excellent service from Pauline, very friendly. Food came pretty quick. Good portions and great taste. Clean washrooms and looked after. Good location.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is great, family friendly”
“I'm from North Carolina and we drove all the way to Canada and loved our time at Moose Delaney's!!!! Thanks for the memories see you again moose crew!! ?”
“Nice dining experience. Offer tables, booths or seats at the bar. The 80s music was weird and out of place. Our server didn't tell us the items that the kitchen was out of from the beginning and when we needed more time to decide she disappeared for long time. The back of the menu boosts homemade food yet their potato wedges are store bought and pre-dredged in flour. They do not even have regular fries. Although you can pay extra for sweet potato fries. The ribs were delicious, fall off the bone and tasty sauce that wasn't too sweet. The coleslaw was delicious. Their Cowboy burger was yummy and grilled nicely.”
“pro:- offers vegan meals! the only vegan-welcoming place I was able to find on this trip to Huntsville- pretty little cafeteria-style spot with natural light and local art on the walls- nice staffcon: $18 falafel salad contained one (1) falafel ball. what? (other than that it was fresh and good.)”
“Clean tidy trendy. Fun eats. Sweet and fast pace environment. Eazy access to the main street and parking lot. Escape rooms are available for information check out the store.. fun ”
“the pizza is delicious, I always eat the crust which is something I usually don't do at other pizza placesthe vibe of the place is always chill when I go and the people are nice”
“Affogato Cafe and Gelato is a must-visit in Huntsville for coffee lovers! Their lattes are exceptional, and the espresso machine ensures top-notch quality. The great atmosphere adds to the experience. Definitely recommend it!”
“Lovely owners! Always friendly service. Came back after a few months away and food was still as delicious and fresh as always! Best place to go if you have a craving for sushi! Highly recommend the crispy crunch and hurricane roll????”
“This is my 1st time here. Not really knowing what to expect and having millions of viewers, I dont give 5 stars often. I was impressed that when I asked what the signature food was, I was steered to the Smoked Brisket. 15 hrs, themselves preparing it. I didn't go with sauce as a good Brisket should not be dry or need it. Im glad I followed my training, it was amazing. Pulled apart and moist. The bun was heated, asked what garnishes I wanted. I did get a full order of fries with gravy. Gravy salty for my taste, but I didn't know I was getting fresh-cut fries. Total bonus. I was the only one there. Served under 10 mins. Plenty of meat, fries, and gravy. Totally stuffed! Overall, good first impression.”
“It’s been years since we ate at Kelsey’s in Huntsville. We will be sure to come back soon, after a fabulous experience here. Our food was delicious and the server gave us good suggestions. The presentation was upscale. Nice interior.”
“We've been coming here for more than 20 years! The food is consistently delicious. Soups, salads sandwiches, burgers , nachos etc. The "no name chicken" is our go to when in season.”
“Petit café sympa avec des tables à l'extérieur juste à côté du musée Muskoka Héritage. Fréquentation surtout par les jeunes de l'école en face.”
“Previously located on Main Street, Mottbora relocated beside Henrietta's Pine Bakery. I was initially reluctant to try sushi in Huntsville after having had some great sushi elsewhere. The good reviews piqued my curiosity. Currently they only offer takeout. You step just inside their entryway to order. There is hand sanitizer available. The staff also sanitize the POS system before and after customer use. We ordered the sashimi special ($35) and potato crunch roll. The sashimi was surprisingly very fresh. It came with 3 pieces of tuna, 3 pieces of white tuna, 3 pieces of salmon, and 2 pieces of hamachi. The white tuna was still quite icy when we bit into it. The potato crunch roll was a bit heavier but flavourful, with the fried potato coating and a generous amount of (mildly) spicy sauce. I enjoyed the textural contrast that the fried potato coating imparted. Pricier than some other sushi places I’ve eaten at but definitely worth eating here if you’re craving good sushi in Muskoka.”
“Port Sydney so fortunate to have this hidden gem ? Perfectly cooked pizza ? with perfect to me tomato sauce!!! A butter tart completed the birthday meal. Thank you ? We will be back and recommending this spot to everyone. ?”
