Was initially going to write a review, but visited last week for soup and when I went to open it, the lip under the lid was covered in mold. I went back and they changed it for me, but regretfully I made another visit today and the staff is rude, don’t recommend.

Customer service was so awful and pathetic. They were so busy talking with each other about their personal life instead of serving customers. Most of the staff is really rude and don’t know how to speak with customers.However my food and coffee was good but they need to work on their attitudes.

Somebody from corporate really needs to visit this place unannounced. Half the time the staff is conversing about their social life freely in front of customers, but the worst part is over half of the staff does not wear hair nets, including the manager. Somebody needs to tell the manager, that food safety is more important than her appearance and her overly long fake eyelashes. This location needs to put more focus on the customer and less focus on themselves and their physical appearance. Absolutely disgusting that they don't wear hair nets!! It is a food industry, all Tim Hortons require ALL employees to wear hair nets, including the ones who think their hair is too pretty to put on a hair net!!! Absolutely disgusting to not follow health and food safety put on your hair nets!! Every morning I come through and there are multiple staff not wearing them. But the worst is the manager who's more concerned about keeping her hair pretty and her spider legs she likes to call eyelashes. Health unit needs to visit this place ASAP that is a major violation in a food industry. Get a manager who's more concerned about the business than her appearance!!

I went through the drive through yesterday morning and ordered 4 holiday cookies for my friends because I told them how good they are, and they were chocolate chip cookies with the smile on them. They didn’t say anything about being out of the holiday cookie which is what I ordered. I called to let them know about my disappointment and she just said “I am sorry you didn’t get what you ordered “ .I am sorry as well and that is not what you want to hear when you pay for something you don’t even like.

Fast service sandwich was good however I watched the lady making my iced Capp see something on the top of it and proceeded to pick it out with her bare finger I presume it was a hair, I don’t like confrontation so I just went to another Tim’s and had it replaced didn’t seem as though she was wearing a hair net and she laughed and smiled at me while handing me my drink, this is downright gross I’ve worked at a Tim Hortons and I know for a fact if you see anything that’s not supposed to be in the drink you make a complete new one not pick whatever it is out. I’m extremely appalled.

Customer service is very pathetic.we went to this tim hortons and a girl was on training another lady was helping her with the order. So we gave the order, while we were for the order they missed few items, when we asked . The other girl who wasn’t on training very rudely said they she didn’t hear one of u speak about the item.we said we dis order so eather than making us the order n putting it through she was rude. When we asked if u r in rush to complete the order she said no. We asked her name nobody gave her name so we talked to the supervisor who patiently heard n understood us. But that lady was completing her shift n was rushing the orders while she was leaving she cussed at us. Not a good behaviour but good food for sure.

On Sundays I stop at the Tim Hortons in Prescott at the Ultramar gas bar, and it’s very shocking to me that there is always 4 to 5 girls standing at the drive-through window one person doing the cash and the trainee doing all the cleaning it happens every time I’m in there. I understand about drive-through times and you want to make sure that the drive-through times are good, but not one of those girls standing in the drive-through, go and help the person standing at cash. Today there was a lineup of nine people, and the poor young man was serving every single one of us by himself, the baker was too busy in the kitchen with another staff member that was part of drive-through. The drive-through ladies were too busy playing with each other’s hair and talking and hugging and laughing while a little girl named Emily, the trainee was cleaning everything wiping everything down while they were all having their conversation. This is not the first time that I have noticed this. It happens every week that I go in there , there needs to be some kind of management or supervisor on the floor. I think it’s a little bit ridiculous until somebody pipes up and says could this young man get some assistance out front not one of those girls offered to help him to me that is piss poor management
