Waited for 10 minutes for two wraps. I didn't get what I ordered either. Very disappointed by the lack of service. I was there on Nov. 7 around 5:10 p.m. I saw an employee playing around instead of working... Don't go there !
Just like any other Tim Hortons, they are Human. They do the best they can, and they usually nail it. Best coffee in Prescott/Brockville. Staff is wonderful and quick to remake an order if messed up. Only one open 24/7 so they're the best.

Went to Tim’s at 3am and they had an excellent section of baked goods and food. I was shocked considering how nothing is open late around here. The lady serving me was the sweetest. Great customer service and a smile on her face the whole time. So kind. She single handedly restored my faith in the Tim Horton’s franchise. Please make sure she gets the recognition she deserves.
