It was a great experience all round - beautiful restaurant, wonderful service & server, and all of the food, every dish was delicious, so savoury!! I will go back and have recommended to everyone I know.
Always fantastic! Hannah and the entire team go out of their way to please. 🙏 food is exceptionally good! 😊
Wonderfully delicious food with exceptional friendly service and accommodating staff. Perfect evening out.
The food was outstanding as was the service. Jeremy took very good care of us and could not have been more accommodating or pleasant.
Four of us enjoyed a tremendous dinner at Bocado. Two enjoyed the Countylicious offering while two ordered from the regular menu. Everyone enjoyed their choices. Service from Kal was fantastic. Bocado really is a Picton gem.
Visited during countylicious and understand some dishes are experimental Starter and Main were good Desert was fail - Tre leche is a soft moist desert It came deconstructed, the cake portion was cut up dry hard croutons and the leche had so much gelatin it was rubber consistancy needed a knife to cut it Staff was great
Fantastic menu with delicious food. No wonder this place is so busy. We are going back soon.
We went as two couples to celebrate an anniversary. We happened to do this during Countylicious, a prix fixe menu event that happens twice a year in Prince Edward County. The service was mostly impeccable. The food exceptional in terms of a mix of flavours and presentation. We always recommend that anyone who visits or lives in the area spend a dinner here.
Overall, the service and food were very good. Had to ask three different people three different times for some bread and olive oil - it finally arrived halfway through the meal. The Waygu beef, although expensive, was delicious. Would highly recommend.
We had just finished a wine tour, so we booked Bocado for a light dinner. We had three tapas plates (octopus, tomato salad, and ahi tuna), all of which were delightfully tasty. The local beer and wine accompaniments were also excellent. Dessert was kind of over the top - I had the tres leches, my wife had the chocolate mousse. Service was perfect as well. A perfect end to a perfect day!

The food was fine but not as interesting as I have had before there. For Countylicious the price was surprisingly high $65/person and the number of plates (3) was fewer than last year. One of the desserts of the 3 I tried was very good. It was the best part of the meal. The noise level was unbearably loud most of the time. I had to block one ear, lean in and cup my ear to hear my friend sitting next to me. Our friends arrived early and hoped to have a drink first but no one came to ask for their order. It was a disappointing evening. I don't eat out often and expect something special when I do. This was not special.
Great evening with friends at Bocado. The food was outstanding and the atmosphere was fun!
Our first dining experience at Bocado was so wonderful we returned the next night to repeat the pleasure. It was just as delicious and enjoyable the second time. That kind of consistency in a restaurant is unusual and a joy to find. We will return! Thank you to all the great staff at Bocado.
Countylicious experience was incredible! Three of us were able to share dishes and taste so many excellent flavours... beef tartar , beef cheeks, cod and apple desserts were standouts. Bartender made fabulous negronis, our server Gillan was so knowledgeable about wines and brought tasters to make sure we were happy... You should go!
Food and service spectacular. Never disappoints. Will be back. A very boisterous crowd made talking and hearing difficult. Not sure if acoustic tiles or other sound materials would help.
