Rotisserie chicken and gravy were delicious, as were the sides included and the extras we chose. The atmosphere was warm, festive and cozy and service was great.

We had an excellent meal and I highly recommend Flame and Smith. Uncharacteristically, my steak and the bread were a little over cooked. The service, as always, was attentive and they were very knowledgeable about their food.

Would strongly recommend a visit to Flame and Smith From entering the restaurant, we were immediately greeted by a member of staff and shown to our table. Service was excellent. Cocktails to start while we perused the menu. From appetizers to main course we were certainly not disappointed. Wine complemented the meal. Finishing off with dessert was delicious. The overall ambience makes you look forward to a return visit.

The by-the-glass white wine options were underwhelming so we ended up ordering a bottle. Very extensive wine list but no Australian Sauvignon Blanc which we found curious. Ordered a bottle of Sancerre which was delicious. The Countilicious meal we had was very good, the best of the 4 Countilicious meals we had this year. Portions were very generous, the presentation was excellent and the flavours abundant and enjoyable. It had been a while since we had dined there but will definitely be back.

Excellent as always Our normal table was still occupied when we arrived so we opted to sit at the bar for something different and it was fun. Patrick on oysters was fantastic and Vanessa with her French 75 and award winning smile made the whole experience fabulous

What a fantastic dinner and the big surprise was dessert! We had the key lime pie and it was probably one of the best desserts I've had in a long time - layers of flavours that did not disappoint. Food and service were amazing!
