Wonderful dinner at Flame +Smith! My friend and I sat at the bar and had a great view of the restaurant and the open kitchen, where food was grilled over open flame. The menu is meat-forward and my friend is vegetarian but we had no trouble finding options on the menu. We chose to share several small plates to sample a variety from the menu and we were so pleased we did! Some favourites were the tuna crudo and burrata with heirloom tomatoes. The ambience is lovely, the food is delicious, and the service exceeded expectations. Special shout out to the bar server from New Brunswick (sorry that I didn't get your name) who helped make our first visit so special. If you're visiting the County this summer, a meal at Fame +Smith in Bloomfield is a must! You don't want to miss this unique and delicious farm-to-table dining experience!

Cheeseburger is perfect. Sourdough is perfect as well. Lamb was very good but smaller portion considering the price. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Almost forgot to take pictures, too busy enjoying my steak. Really wanted the tomahawk steak (it was $190 for 15oz of steak) but settled for ribeye. Also has the lamb. We went at 5:30pm and it wasn't busy (we did have a reservation). Full house by the time we left.
