Chris( the owner), and his friend Dwayne, were kind enough to host us 20 min before closing time( which was extended to a whopping 30 min past closing time?) and let us enjoy the last stop of our winery tour. We were a group of 8 visiting GHV on a sunny Saturday afternoon. The owner served us, took time to explain the wines to us, answer any (and all) questions we had, and give us such a personalized experience! Out of all the other places we visited, this was my favourite not only based on the service, but the wines were also the best tasting as well. Would definitely recommend the visit!
Highly recommend visiting this family-owned and operated winery if you're in the area. The owner was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable and shared his story and more about the winery. Favourite wine was the Dark Rose blend. The farm animals were super cute as well!
