We stopped by Slickers during our day trip to PEC in Picton, it's a must-visit if you're an ice cream lover. The handmade ice cream is so rich, creamy and full of unique local flavors if you're an explorer.
I had Maple Walnut since i'm a fan of nuts flavor, my bf had his go-to flavor Chocolate Peanut Butter. We both enjoyed it very much.
The store has plenty of space for people to lineup, staffs are friendly. Portion sizes are fair for the price.
The Campfire ice cream was amazing!!! Never had anything like that before. Staff was friendly and patient as there is always a lineup.
There was only one girl serving ice cream on Tuesday afternoon and she was so friendly and kind. Thank you for your great service! The ice cream was delicious (I had the peanut butter and honey flavour). Worth the wait 🫶
Ice cream was excellent and so was espresso
Honestly, the ice cream was the only saving grace. The campfire flavour was rich, smoky, and totally delicious, worth trying if you’re a fan of unique tastes.
But the atmosphere? Yikes. The shop looked dirty and smelled awful, like it desperately needed a deep clean. The indoor garbage can was overflowing mid afternoon with a totally empty shop and several staff waiting for customers. Not exactly the cozy, inviting vibe you'd expect from a popular local spot.
And don't bother ordering the espresso which was just plain drip coffee served in a small cup. Disappointing and misleading.
Great ice cream, but the lack of cleanliness and the lazy approach to drinks really took away from the overall experience. Not rushing back.
Great variety of flavors and delicious ice-cream.
Birthday cake oreo ice cream is so good! Great service too
Tasty Unique flavours and cone/sundae bowl options. When back twice the the same day!
Home made ice cream - need we say more! salted caramel and chocolate snickers! Awesome 👏
Campfire ice cream…greatest ice cream ever. Period.

Love this ice cream spot. Adventurous flavours that tempt any palette!
Slickers in Picton is a go-to stop for ice cream lovers in Prince Edward County. The flavours are terrific, with a creative and ever-changing variety that goes well beyond the basics. Each scoop tastes homemade, rich, and thoughtfully crafted. There’s definitely something for everyone, and the quality is consistently excellent.
That said, there are a few caveats. On busy days, the most popular flavours often run out early, and the tubs can look a little depleted by mid-afternoon. It’s a small frustration when you’ve been looking forward to something specific.
Service can also be hit-or-miss—most of the staff are friendly and efficient, but occasionally you’ll encounter someone a little abrupt or impatient, especially when it’s crowded.
Very good Ice cream. Decent line, but not a long wait.
Lots of flavors with interesting options like Apple Pie and Campfire. Everything has large format toppings mixed into the ice cream.
Worth the wait!
Yeah this ain’t Kawartha. Paid almost $9 for a double scoop of ice cream which barely emerged out of the cup. Insanely overpriced.
Good ice cream not something to go crazy for though
