Becareful with your drink! Buddy thinks it's cool to pick up 2 drinks with one hand and hand em out the window to you. This breaks the lid. I have pop all through my vehicle now because of this. Also. 3 drinks means 3 straws. Not 1 or 2. Also, where are your manners. You hand things out the window and stare off into space. You don't reply to your customers, you just act like we have burdened you by coming in. Terrible service here. Do better.

They prioritize drive thru real hard over in store customers. Stood there waiting for 3 cars in drive through to get served before taking my order. This happens all the time. Fast food backwards is "Wendy's Picton"

I went in and the guy was on his phone ignoring me. Took my friends order and ignored me. I never even got food. There were no other customers at the time it was just horrible customer service. Friend says the foods terrible

We ordered from the drive-through, and the gentleman who worked wasn't pleased with his position, barely any customer service or positive encounters. They also forgot the BBQ sauce that we paid extra for so we had to go back. The ice in the sparkling water tasted earthy

The food was fresh and delicious, the girl who works there on weekends and took my order was very kind and lovely… she took my order perfectly and had a pretty smile which made my day! I have even talked with the manager over there and he was a good guy and seemed helpful! 10/10

My husband ordered dinner for our family of 5 this evening. Upon getting home he realized they forgot to give us our kid meal. My husband drove back to the restaurant where they accused my husband of lying and said they gave it to him already. Obviously they didn’t or else he wouldn’t have gone back. They continued to say they gave him the full order..Awful customer service, awful manager.
