Very disappointing experience at this location today December 28, 2025. While dining in with my family, several employees were speaking in their own language, repeatedly looking at us, laughing, and making comments in their language, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable. English isn’t mandatory at work place?
The burgers were served cold, which is unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. On top of that, some staff members appeared more focused on their phones and playing music than attending to customers.
Customer service and food quality both need serious improvement. This was not the kind of experience I expect from Wendy’s, and unfortunately, it left a bad impression.

3 times in a row my order has been wrong in drive through. Honestly they said sorry but its apparent they don't care. I got a hamburger with no burger. They forgot my fries. They put wrong condiments on my burger. Food is good but service is horrible. I don't have time and money to keep driving back to get my order right.

This is one of the best Wendy's experiences that I've had in Canada. Food is constantly fresh, hot, and delicious.
The consistency is incredible compared to a lot of other locations that I've been to. This staff are always extremely helpful and very kind.
The build quality of the burgers looks like it came out of one of the actual ads, which is very rare these days.

Had the same problem here as the Belleville North Front Wendy's, cold burger. I ask for a hot fresh burger, and I am consistently getting cold burgers from Wendy's restaurants. The toppings were fresh. The employee behind the counter, after handling cash neglected to wash his hands and then filled french fry containers, and placed his dirty, contaminated fingers inside the container as he was filling it, ugh, gross 🤢

Stopped by for an early supper. The burgers were very good and the lettuce was so fresh, which was a nice change from other locations. The fries were also very good. Nice patio outside. The gentleman at the till wasn't super friendly, but he did take our order quickly and efficiently.

The male employees here are so rude. They don't say hello or greet you, and they hand you your food without even looking at you or saying a word, and walk away. Has happened multiple times. I'm very polite to them, so not sure what's up with the disrespectful attitudes. The female employees seem very polite and friendly though. Weird place. I won't be going back to this location.

The staff are wonderful! I went in one day with my grandparents and ordered them a tea, and when I told the man what they wanted in it, he corrected me and told me how they usually order it. I thought that was so nice that he actually took the time to remember their order. We always enjoy this location!
Had a horrible experience. Hair in the food, wrap fell apart all on my lap due to being poorly made, we were not given spoons for our frosty and had to wait 30 mins for the horrible food. Never going back.

Visited the drive-thru and ordered 2 Dave's single burger combos with fries and chocolate Frostys. Food was hot, fries were crispy, good customer service.

Drive thru guy looked like a greasy brown Ron Jeremy. The burger was so thin it almost tasted like beef and the tomato was so green you couldn't bite into it. And they no longer give you a straw with your drink because they don't stock them anymore.

Just left there had us pull aside so the clock stopped in drive thru waited 7 min for two breakfast sandwiches they didn't care it took so long . Food good service crap never again will I go.
