They prioritize drive thru real hard over in store customers. Stood there waiting for 3 cars in drive through to get served before taking my order. This happens all the time. Fast food backwards is "Wendy's Picton"

My husband ordered dinner for our family of 5 this evening. Upon getting home he realized they forgot to give us our kid meal. My husband drove back to the restaurant where they accused my husband of lying and said they gave it to him already. Obviously they didn’t or else he wouldn’t have gone back. They continued to say they gave him the full order..Awful customer service, awful manager.

NEGATIVE 10 STARS! Do not go here. They will 100% completely mess up your order every time. Then when you go back to get the rest of your food they won't give it to you because they didn't put a recipe in the bag. They literally stole 20+ dollars of food from us today.

Was shorted loonie in my change. Let it slide ! Same kid shorted me a loonie following day.I called him out on it and he closed pick-up window and took his break. Don't like thieves and will never be back ! I guess you win , loser.

Ordered through the drive though. No total given told to go to window. Was handed debit machine, I asked how much was order and was told its on the screen. I paid, put my card in my purse , turned back to have 2 bags in front of my face. I took them and the window in the drive through was closed. Drove home and bright all five children in the house, four which require car seats and proceeded to remove food from bags. 3 large chilies missing. Tried to call store, no answer. Called the Belleville store which has the same owner and was told to wait 10 minutes and call Picton again. Still no answer. Called Belleville again, give my name and number. Short time later got call from Picton store. Can't give receipt info as I didn't receive one. My transaction was located by the caller who proceeded to tell me I only paid for 1 chilie. He said I could come get 3 more if I wanted...nope not loading 5 kids back in vehicle for their midtske. He asked for my address...gave it 3 times....had to spell it and give directions. He said he was new to picton. Told me someone was bringing me missing chillies and I could pay for them. Not my mistake. No proof I hadn't already paid for them...nope not happening. I said I was the one who was inconvenienced and if his intention was to charge me for their error, don't bother coming.Customer service is very poor. I understand mistakes happen but their attitude does not make for good customer relations. Won't be going to either of their locations again.
