“It's not often you get blown away from a drive-thru interaction. Recently, we experienced an amazing customer service episode with a young gentleman named Sathvik. He welcomed us by asking, "how has your day been so far?". Great eye contact, genuine smile and attentiveness. He even sensed our uncertainty on whether we wanted any sauces with our order which we finally said 'no' too and when he came back with our order bag, he stated "I threw in a couple in case you change your minds". We frequent the Clair Road location regularly and are always impressed with the level of service from the staff. It is a testament to the quality of training from their management and ownership. “We've been going for a few years now regularly and it has become our favorite place for all you can eat sushi. Love the atmosphere and the speed of food delivery.

“Travelled from Goderich for a special luncheon to meet with my fellow authors from the "You Are... Enough" anthology. Six of us kept our server busy and she was always delightful and accommodating. The food was superb with very nice atmosphere and staff. Definitely worth the trip!”
