Nalini was fantastic serving us. She was super helpful and polite. This is the best A&W I have ever been to. The food is always well prepared, onion rings are always freshly made and they refuse to let them sit like some other locations. The restaurant is also very clean. This is a top location if you want the best A&W. Sometimes I’ll just pop in for onion rings…that’s how good they are here. Excellent 👍
When visiting the Rockland location using the drive-thru, either the employee was hard of hearing or the mic did not work well. Afterwards we were told that there was not Root Beer or Coke . Darn!
Always clean, always quick, always top tier customer service no matter what day or time. This location is always my stopping place after a family outing and I always appreciate the consistent and top tier service provided. I never feel like I'm a hassle no matter what time I come or what I'm ordering.
