Watched the employee grab the raw meat (with gloves) then touch his face and then proceed to make all the burgers for our drive thru order. Please teach proper hygiene to the staff and how to change out gloves
Burger King food has surpassed McDonald’s burgers in my opinion
Understaffed causes slow service inside vs drive-thru a bit faster

Burger King near Willow West Mall offers Whopper sandwiches that are good, with the condiments always crisp and fresh, and the patty flame broiled perfectly. While the fries can sometimes be disappointing, recent reviews highlight that the fries can also be fresh, piping hot, and delicious. The staff at this location are generally friendly and provide quick service, often using the app to offer deals like snack boxes with mozzarella sticks, fries, and onion rings, all served with marinara. Customers appreciate the attention to quality food, noting that the burgers now meet proper original BK standards. The drive-thru staff are courteous and efficient, making the overall experience pleasant. Despite occasional issues with fries, the staff's friendliness and the quality of the Whopper and other menu items help keep the dining experience enjoyable at this location.
