The night crew here is phenomenal!
My wife works late, so we’re often deciding what to have for dinner around midnight. When I’m too tired to cook, McDonald’s is the default, and this location never disappoints us. The staff is always friendly, and the food comes hot, fresh, and fast.
Certain crews at particular times will be better than others. At the other McDonald’s in Trenton, the morning/day crew has it dialed. That time of day is typically where you have your most capable staff, and the smoothest experience as a result.
No shade to the day crew at this location, but I’m always in awe at the night crew specifically. They operate with the freshness and efficiency of a day crew, but at midnight with low-volume sales??? It defies logic, but in a good way. Those guys are incredible. Give them all raises!

At 8 pm with 7 staff I waited 12 minutes for an apple pie. After TELLING the drivethrough attendant to make them as she said, "we don't have any, sorry." I've worked fast food, and this is terrible customer service/ business model to be working with

Unsatisfactory McDonald's Experience
We had the dreaded request to pull forward and wait. We did so, but after 10 minutes of waiting and watching 15 other cars have their orders filled, we figured out they had forgotten about us. It was a simple order - a Big Mac and some Nuggets. We asked for our money back, but the manager was slow to comply with that request as well. Honestly, he looked like a complete slob with his beard and half-untucked shirt.
We were glad to get out of there, but the experience made us late, which was the absolute last thing we needed. The only reason we had picked McDonald's in the first place was because we were looking for "fast food" - a quick, convenient meal to fit our tight schedule. Instead, we ended up wasting precious time and feeling frustrated by the subpar service.
The whole situation was incredibly disappointing. We had been counting on McDonald's to provide a fast, efficient dining experience, but instead, we were left feeling neglected and disrespected. The manager's sloppy appearance and slowness to refund our money only added insult to injury, leaving us with a sour taste in our mouths (no pun intended).
It's frustrating when a company that is supposed to be focused on providing a quick, convenient dining experience fails so spectacularly at doing so.
In the end, this was a disappointing and frustrating encounter that left us feeling let down and dissatisfied. We had been counting on McDonald's to provide a fast, efficient, and enjoyable dining experience, but instead, we were met with neglect, unprofessionalism, and a complete disregard for our time and needs. While this experience has certainly shaken our faith in the McDonald's brand, it has also served as a valuable lesson in the importance of quality customer service and the need to always have a backup plan when it comes to quick meal options

Order 2 small burgers... They tell me to pull up to spot 1... 20 min later I have to go knock on the window asking where my food is... Not acceptable for a McDonald's sorry to say.

This location often misreads the slips on the food. I continuously have had to have them remake my order to the correct
Today I made my order, it was wrong so I kindly asked them to remake my food after having to sift through my burgers. They remade my food and gave me OLD OVERCOOKED patties! Far worse than what was on the originally incorrect burgers.
The general manager heard me out but didn’t offer much in terms of remedy in regard to speaking to his kitchen staff about accuracy. Regardless of any situation, staff needs to be held accountable for repeated poor service.
Proper communication form management often ensures proper accuracy.
I would have given 1 star for service but the woman at the front desk is great at her job. If I was reviewing her alone she’d get 5 stars. But as a whole you can’t rely on one front end worker to be the face of your store and be the only visibly passionate employee.

Take some time and mix a mcflurry. Not just vinilla with toppings. And what's with the wooden spoon?

This place almost made me stop going to McDonald's. The last four times I've been there they have messed up my order, so much so that I finally called and dealt with somebody who was either too high to be at work, or definitely didn't pass the IQ test.
"Hey, for the fourth time my order was messed up, and I specifically explained that the last three times it was messed up at the window and they assured me wouldn't happen again and apologized."
As I got my order I left being told, 'don't worry everything is in the bag this time! Again sorry that happened before.'
I got home and sure enough, not everything was in the bag. So I decided to call and spoke to somebody who answered after 25 rings, "hulluh?"
"Hey here's the story"
"Well, like what am I supposed to like do, I mean like, it's just some missing items I mean, like I just started my shift dude, so like what do you want me to do?'
Suffice to say I'm not going to this location anymore, and if you want food that you're paying too much for, I'd go to a different location. I gave these guys more chances than I should have, and they proved unworthy.
I hate leaving reviews like this, especially for a place like McDonald's, but come on guys, have some damn pride in your job and service!
