Mom and I went to the Golden Valley Restaurant for breakfast. They started serving it in October. The food was delicious!
They gave lots of perfectly cook bacon with our eggs and their tomato slices were the size of soft balls. We each had two cups of coffee because it was that good and when we got the bill we were surprised to see how affordable it was. I love the retro decor too. Perfect place to sit, relax and enjoy and great meal. I loved it.
I’m not sure if we came on a bad day, but our visit was disappointing.
I ordered the pork tenderloin which was described “Grilled pork medallions with your choice of mushrooms or sautéed onion”
It was supposed to come with seasoned potato wedges, veggies, and a warm bun.
What I received was NOT pork tenderloin medallions, and looked like a flattened pork cutlet used for schnitzel.

The service we received from Peter was exceptional; absolutely Top notch!
We had the Prime Rib dinner and it was to die for!
The meat was so tender it melted in our mouth.
Planning to return soon with the family!
