Multiple times now have received the wrong items. Staff seem to be confused about new menu items and charging for new-upcharged items, but give the regular menu. Worth driving 5 mins away to the other Tims simply to receive what you order and pay for.

ordered from skip the dishes got a soup and sandwich which was OK but the 50 timbits i ordered was literally a variety of 2 kinds birthday cake and plain......I worked at tim hortons for awhile as a baker and I know a 3 in the afternoon you have to have more then 2 kinds of timbits

For a Tim Hortons located in a Military area and open until 8pm, there should not be a reason for me to go in for a Classic Chicken Wrap and be told by the clerk that "they were out of chicken" at 5pm. There was next to no donuts and limited food options for a food and drink service still to be open for another 3 hours. The only clerk working appeared annoyed that I even walked in.

Ordered an iced coffee with no sugar on the app. Took forever for the staff to make them at the drive thru and my coffee was with sugar. How hard is it to not add something in there? And what’s the point of ordering on the app if it doesn’t save me time during pick up? Will not return to this location.

I go to this location daily since it’s on my way to work. At least three out of 5 times they mess up something I get a double double instead of a triple triple. Or I get a coffee that taste like nothing but water
