My husband and I are from Quebec, we were looking for Chinese food. We checked the website and found Kung Po. It had good reviews so we took a chance. The food was amazing, very flavorful, it arrived hot and was served with a smile. The owner was very friendly and attentive, we left with a good feed of fantastic food. We will be coming back!
While travelling on business I found myself passing through Renfrew at the dinner hour and craving Chinese. So, I googled and found this restaurant that had good ratings, and the menu looked interesting.I am giving this establishment five stars and will outline the reasons.First, it is rather difficult to find, and parking is not easy to find on the street. At first I was disappointed that the portion of salty spicy shrimp seemed so small. It was excellent though. The shrimp were delicious and not overcooked and the portion turned out to be sufficient for me to be sated. The chef had a deft hand and I will be back. Very personable.
