We visited this 1915 Lan Zhou Ramen several times and there's always plenty of room on weekends. We ordered from the assortment of hand-pulled noodle bowls, and watched as the noodle chef pounded away at the soft dough. I love this place and this location. The service is great the price is good and the food is always up to par. This type of Chinese ramen place I've been to quite a few. But this one is the best in GTA . I've been here multiple times and a lot of their appetizers are also great. Not just the noodle. One of these days I'm going to try out the rice dishes. I ordered the pulled noodles with braised beef brisket ramen. It tastes ok, but its not ramen. I would say its closer to pho than anything.The noodles had a great texture but, the braised beef was underwhelming. At least half of the beef pieces were just cartilage l, so I do not recommend getting what I ordered.The only reason this is not a 2 star review is because it was a hot lunch on a -24 C day.
