This place is like a mom & pop restaurant you’ll find in small town Japan. It is run by a wonderful couple and the food has authentic touches. You can also taste the kombi/bonito broth in the miso soup. The teriyaki isn’t just sweetened soy sauce glaze, it actually has flavour! The good... Got the sashimi moriawase and the fish was great without having to pay an arm, so that was pleasantly surprising. We normally don't order sashimi in TO because of this - I would have given 4 ⭐ had it not been for the bad...
