I wanted to share some feedback about my visit last week. I was quite disappointed by the attitude of the female cashier—it felt very rude and made my experience unpleasant.

Cheryl is the best worker ever she was so nice and helped me decide what sushi to get because i am a very indecisive person. They need to give her a raise period.

Spoke to the cashier in Cantonese and was met with unnecessary attitude. I asked how many pieces were in one order of a California roll (not noted on menu), she said 6. I was ordering for a large party, so I was thinking out loud and calculated: “Okay, so 12 orders of 6 would be 72 pieces.” She bluntly interrupted and rudely replied, “Calculate it first before ordering and talking to me,” which is the exact translation from Cantonese.

I then asked if there was a California roll/Vegetarian party tray, and she said, “No, there’s a la carte, look at it yourself,” while pointing at the menu.

Extremely unwelcoming and dismissive. I decided to walk out. Definitely not worth my business. Quite unfortunate as the food is good and near my house so I regularly come here, but there’s definitely many other good sushi places in the area.

Please train your staff manners. Feel free to watch CCTV footage for today around 6:30pm.

Beautiful food

This is one of the most affordable, yet with quality sushi place I have ever had in the Gta really. Growing up in York Region eating sushi was always an exceptional treat and usually done on special occasions as prices are usually premium. As days go by Sushi restaurant and its prices are getting more and more unreasonable but AiSushi definitely does not disappoint, easily lower than most places while tasting better than most. Please continue to offer economical prices and I assure you business will be better everyday and in the long run I feel that would secure much more regular clientele rather than making that one time premium sale and not really have people continuously return. I hope to return often rather than only on a special occasion!!! Thank you 🙏

I ordered from this restaurant through DoorDash and the experience was honestly awful. The fish smelled bad right out of the bag and it was clearly not fresh. It had a brownish tint and tasted off. The sashimi came in huge thick cuts that were just unappetizing and hard to eat.

I called the restaurant to let them know and the girl who answered the phone had an attitude from the start. She kept repeating that they made it today, which doesn’t mean anything if the fish is low quality. When I asked for a refund, she told me I’d have to bring the food back in person. I told her I ordered through the app and she basically shut me down and said she’s not giving me anything.

It was disappointing and frustrating, especially since I only ordered from here because it showed a fast delivery time. I will not be ordering from here again and I hope others think twice. This was not acceptable food quality and the customer service made it worse.

Their platters are cash only, but they still charge tax. It shows how greedy this establishment is -- wanting the benefits of receiving cash but not passing any sort of savings or discounts to their customers.

One of my favourite sushi spots very well priced for platters and the whole entire family loves it

Quality has gotten inconsistent lately, both the fish and rice are not as fresh as they used to be.

Thick sashimi, lovin it! Extremely hard to find parking 🅿️ though during peak hours. Would order take out here 😄

Price reasonable, need wait a long time in busy hours.
