The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and tasty, with good quality ingredients. I really enjoyed my meal and would happily return. π£π

Poor customer service and careless order handling. I ordered takeout and didnβt notice the mistake until I got home. I paid for 4 orders of scallops but only received 2. This kind of error is unacceptable, especially when combined with an unfriendly attitude from the staff. Definitely disappointed with the experience.
Great take out place. Prices are reasonable and the sushi is very fresh

if i could give zero stars i would. ai sushi has officially earned the title of most unprofessional restaurant in richmond hill google says theyβre open but their sign says theyβre closed. already chaotic. but i walk in anyway because im trying to support local businesses. BIG MISTAKE. they tell us we can order, seat us, and then i kid you not the entire senior kitchen crew stares at us then immediately sits down to eat their own lunch like we just ruined their day by existing. moments later the girl at the front tells us we have to wait until they finish eating!
so let me get this straight: youβre open but not really open, you let customers in but dont actually want to serve them, you seat people then announce theyβre interrupting staff mealtime and communication is apparently optional.
this isnt a restaurant, this is a social experiment in how far you can push customer patience. im disappointed, baffled, and honestly impressed by the level of disorganization.

Went here for lunch. Sadly, this location does not have kitchen menu food (bento box, donburi). I ordered the California rolls and crab meat sushi, 6 pieces each ended up costing me a bit over $12. However, it was a disappointment, California roll sushi pieces broke apart as soon as you picked it up with chopsticks, crab meat sushi pieces were mediocre. I ordered takeout, no utensils given, no tissues given either. The quality of the sushi went down for sure. Inside has a few tables for dine-in. No lineup either during lunch.

My go to place for take out platters. Great prices and Iβm happy with the quality. I recommend calling ahead or placing an order online for pickup to expedite the process for a smooth experience. Takeout platters are cash only

Wow I use to love AiSushi Richmond location but the quality has really gone the other way. The salmon was dry and the rolls are unravelling.
Beware!
