I adore coming to this place. The owners are so nice and welcoming and not to mention, the food and drinks are delicious. My favourite is the bubble tea. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

Bakery is unexpectedly bad based on all the good reviews. Maybe it was good before, but not anymore. The buns are dry and fillings are very little.

Chinese bakery that brings back all the nostalgia when I was a kid. Friendly owner couple and prices are very good compared to other bakeries. I would rather support a local bakery than some overpriced franchise. Support local small business like Bayview Cake and Pastry Shop!

Little hole in the wall, barely much of a selection at all. More like a gas station store than a bakery. The egg tart was good. That's the only thing I tried (b/c nothing pleased the eye).

Rude. I walked in because I was looking for the pho restaurant and asked the labor man, he yelled at me “go, this is a bakery, it’s a private property. ” How rude! that’s how they treat their potential customer. Ok if is a private property like you said, why are you still open to the public?

one of the best pastry shops nearby! owners are incredibly kind and friendly, and I even practice my cantonese with them sometimes! buns are fresh and tasty everyday and the bubble tea is good :) I'll always happily give them my business, and I hope they never shut down.

We had stopped at the little strip mall for some Korean hotdogs and then decided to peak into the Bayview Chinese bakery! So glad we did! All the baking was just coming out of the oven on-site! Wow! The pineapple bun with the delicious crackle topping was second to none. It was big, fluffy and full of flavour! We bought a strawberry bubble waffle and a banana bubble waffle. Freshly made full of fruit and fresh cream. Absolutely delectable! MY ONE WISH …. To have a scoop of ice cream in the middle of a chilled freshly baked pineapple bun! I think this would be a terrific flavour! Hint! hint! Richmond Hill’s little gem bakery! We will be back and work our way through the menu ?

Small space with a large. Classic Chinese bakery options with egg tarts and baos, but has uniquely added waffles and bubble cc tea to their menu as well. Drinks are very much on the sweeter side.
