the buns are so soft and tasty even late in the day
Egg waffle with ice cream was very yummy. Prices were good
This place is awesome. The food is great and very wholesome family running the store.
HONG KONG MILK TEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A mom-and-pop shop serving authentic Hong Kong snacks at much more reasonable prices than the nearby franchise chains. Don't be fooled by the simple decor, their bubble tea and egg waffles are simply delicious.
I adore coming to this place. The owners are so nice and welcoming and not to mention, the food and drinks are delicious. My favourite is the bubble tea. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

Bakery is unexpectedly bad based on all the good reviews. Maybe it was good before, but not anymore. The buns are dry and fillings are very little.

Chinese bakery that brings back all the nostalgia when I was a kid. Friendly owner couple and prices are very good compared to other bakeries. I would rather support a local bakery than some overpriced franchise. Support local small business like Bayview Cake and Pastry Shop!

Little hole in the wall, barely much of a selection at all. More like a gas station store than a bakery. The egg tart was good. That's the only thing I tried (b/c nothing pleased the eye).

Rude. I walked in because I was looking for the pho restaurant and asked the labor man, he yelled at me “go, this is a bakery, it’s a private property. ” How rude! that’s how they treat their potential customer. Ok if is a private property like you said, why are you still open to the public?
I like the coconut buns and they're for $2
Very reasonable prices for good Chinese buns
one of the best pastry shops nearby! owners are incredibly kind and friendly, and I even practice my cantonese with them sometimes! buns are fresh and tasty everyday and the bubble tea is good :) I'll always happily give them my business, and I hope they never shut down.
