Secret sauce boneless chicken tastes great and includes a side of pickled radishes. The portion is definitely not 1.2lbs though. The price is quite expensive ($26) for a food court spot. Also because all the meat is chicken thighs. This is comparable to the bbq chicken in Downtown Markham without the eat-in service.

Went to H-Mart, the food court one. A bit disappointed with the bone in fried chicken special. Lots of batter, saucy, pieces was crispy. Chicken cut was heavily fragmented, some had decent meat, while others had nearly nothing. Quite pricey for mediocre quality. Staff wasn't friendly, no thank you or a smile. Maybe others might have a different experience.

Tried the hot and spicy chicken, tasted nice. The order however took forever to arrive and parking was the biggest hassle.

This is terrible it is not honesty to sell customer. Actually 1.2lb no born chickenBut not enough!! When I opened box it is too small all pieces.Do your business honestly!!! The amount is reduced from the beginning, the price is the same, the taste is worse, and it is less than the specified amount. Is it okay to trick a customer? If you look at the weight registered on Skip, it is 1.2lb, but it is 380g. It was so absurd that I measured it on a scale. Where do you put your conscience before doing business?

I bought chicken from here many times before, but recently ordered takeout for the first time. I made the order by phone for pickup, and when I arrived at the pickup time, the staff was quite busy. The 1 star for service is due to the fact that none of the staff members even acknowledged my presence at the counter. It was as if they were pretending not to see me. I understand they were busy, but a simple "be with you in a minute" would have sufficed. Nope, they all collectively pretended like I'm just invisible to them. When one of the ladies eventually brought my order out, she simply stashed it on the shelf behind the counter without asking why I'm here. Again, pretending that she didn't see me at all. I had to yell "excuse me!" several times to get her attention to tell her that I'm here to grab the order she just stashed on the shelf.Food is great as usual, but the service was just BIZARRE for a lack of a better word.

Got the 2 for 1 package and it was very well packed. The spicy chicken was a bit too close to “too hot to enjoy” but still within my spice tolerance - if you’re not used to hot food tho keep that in mindI haven’t been around Toronto for Korean style fried chicken yet but this was a strong start. Good price imo considering the portion. This will feed me and 2 other people quite easilyI don’t think this clears other Korean style fried chicken I’ve had but certainly not a disappointment and I would likely go out of my way to come to here again

I ordered takeout, but the chicken wasn't crispy and the seasoning was boring! The price seems generally expensive.

Went by H-mart and was craving some fried chicken. I was suprised to see this in the foodcourt area. It is close to the freezer area of H-mart. I have tried their Markham location. Service - 5/5 service was quick. It took me awhile to decide what to order but they were patient with me.Ambiance - 5/5 it was on a weekday so there were not a lot of customers. The food court was clean and there were plenty of seats. Food - 4/5 ordered the golden fried chicken. It comes in a combo with fries. It was good - nice and crispy, piping hot. However, there may have been some cross contamination. It wasn't supposed to be spicy but it was really spicy for me. I could taste the gochugaru (Korean red pepper powder). I ate a few and left the rest to my family who can tolerate spice.Overall - 4.5/5 I recommend this place. If I go next time, I'll probably stick to safe, non spicy flavours.

Went here with my family and walked into the staff eating at a table and the whole middle isle of table not cleaned and a cleaning cart with cleaning products left right in the middle of the restaurant. We were seated and still the staff continued eating & left 1 server to clean and take orders. Was not impressed with the food. Felt it way to saucy, the golden fried chicken had quite a few pieces that were small (almost like a wing). Overall not impressed, won’t be returning.

I ordered chicken pieces and a wing combo (through Uber eats). I've never tried this location before, not impressed. The fries in the combo were soggy and sitting in the wing sauce. There were hardly any fries at all. Not worth the price.

Portion is way smaller than any other bbq chicken. Also cannot dine in. Really disappointed compared to other locations. With that price I would go other Korean chicken places. Not recommending this location. If I didn’t eat together with my friend I would get her order and she will get mine…

Naturally, great Korean Fried Chicken can be found inside an H-Mart, part of the mini food court. Crispy, tender, juicy, blasting with flavour, a bit costly but so worth it. It takes about 20 mins to prepare so best to order ahead or go for a walk in H-Mart (they give you a pager). Kentucky Fried Chicken is no longer a thought when Korean Fried Chicken exists. Though I still do Popeye's, Mary Brown's, and Church's, just not as much as Korean FC.
