Ordered nachos, said in menus comes with sour cream and salsa. Server informed us that if we wanted salsa and sour cream it would be extra though the menu clearly states it’s included. Also ordered a butter chicken bowl. The chicken was dark meat and of poor quality and the sauce had a fishy taste to it. Would not recommended this place for what they charge.

We booked a reservation in one week advance, but when we arrived they told us they had given our table away and that they didn’t have any available seats. We had to wait standing for 30 minutes before eventually leaving.

We booked a table a week in advance to watch the McGregor fight. When we arrived, all tables were booked, and they lied to us about a table being available, making us drive 30 minutes for nothing.

I booked a reservation a week before we went in and they never saved a table for us. We waited 30 minutes just for the waitress to kick us out and say that there are no tables available.

We booked a reservation in advance for 10 pm. We walk in, no one greets us for the first 20 min, then one of the employees finally came up to us, then told us there are no tables available when we booked for a reservation for 10 pm. 25 min of waisting our time!

I called and asked if they had any craft beers on tap and they said yes. After coming here, there is no craft beers on tap. Just your basic water beers. Not coming again. Too bad they removed their craft beers selection.

Always friendly service and very attentive staff. Will go the extra mile to make your experience unforgettable. I've been a few times now and the food and drinks have always been five stars! The kids meals are also very reasonably priced and kids eat free on Sundays! There was something for everyone - wings (tried both the regular as well as the butter chicken flavour!), burgers, fries, pasta, chicken tenders, fish and chips, pasta - we had a diverse group and everyone enjoyed their meals plus dessert! Consistently excellent service and a great atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

Came here for a Baptism reception. Atul was absolutely amazing! He took care of our party of 25. The food was ready when we came and he ensured everyone was always with a drink throughout the night. Thanks for a great time! We will be back.

I was just here with my friends and we all waited for ketchup and water and it never came. My friend had to get up and run back and forth to the bar like he was doing the beep test to get water, and when it was time for the Bill, the manager who was looked like he walked out of Old Navy told us to wait 5 minutes so our waitress could bring us the bill and walk away.

I went here once and ever again. Waited 45 min for water, they never brought ketchup, and the waitress came to the table twice. Embarrassing. I had to get up to get water for my table and get up to get the bill and the waitress didn’t even bring it to the table, it was the manager who was in plain clothes like he walked out of Tommy Hilfiger. Go figure.

We recently hosted a corporate event here that had been booked months in advance, and unfortunately it was an absolute disaster from start to finish.

We selected the highest-priced menu option specifically because it included steak, knowing it would be the most popular choice among our staff. Shockingly, the steak ran out after the very first table ordered. As a result, approximately 80% of our group had no access to either beef option. Shortly after, we were informed the kitchen had also run out of rice, eliminating two more menu items and leaving only schnitzel and pasta. By the time the last few guests ordered, pasta was the only option remaining.

Meal service was extremely inconsistent, with some guests receiving dessert before others had even been served their main course.

Despite repeated discussions beforehand about the importance of live music — and being assured that Friday nights always feature a live band — there was no live entertainment at all.

Most concerning was the handling of a celiac guest. The staff appeared completely unaware of the pre-arranged gluten-free meal and did not treat her dietary restriction with appropriate seriousness. She became ill and had to leave the event early. This individual is one of the company owners and the person who paid for this experience. We were assured in advance that the team understood celiac disease and could accommodate it safely. This failure is inexcusable.

When I attempted to address these concerns during the event, the Manager on duty refused to speak with me directly and instead communicated through a younger server (who was very kind and professional). Watching the Manager stand nearby listening but refusing to engage was unprofessional and disrespectful.

I have been coordinating corporate functions for over 20 years, and this was by far the worst experience we have ever had. There is simply no justification for this level of unpreparedness — especially for an event booked months in advance.

Extremely disappointing.

We have made multiple attempts to resolve our concerns, but Manager Ari has not returned any of our calls or emails. The situation has been handled extremely poorly, with no communication or accountability. To make matters worse, we have also been unable to get in touch with anyone at head office despite repeated efforts.

A lack of responsiveness and follow-through is unacceptable, especially when clients are simply looking for basic communication and resolution. We hope the company takes steps to improve its customer service and internal communication processes so others do not have a similar experience.

UPDATED MARCH 27, 2026: After posting this review, the manager, Ari, reached out and assured me that our company would be compensated for the failure of this event. He committed to visiting our office by a specific date but did not follow through, and has since stopped responding altogether. The level of unprofessionalism from this establishment has been extremely disappointing. I strongly recommend not booking your events here.

UPDATED APRIL 14, 2026: Someone from head office reached out to me today. He expressed his concern for how things were handled, and has been very responsive in terms of getting back to me. We have come to a satisfactory resolution. Thank you head office for stepping in. I appreciate your assistance.

Came in a casual Sunday night for dinner. Ordered the calamari as app, 18$ for 8 small pieces of fried calamari!! Our app came and then had to wait for over an hour for our main dishes. By that time, I lost my appetite.
The waitress took our order but forgot to send it the to kitchen. She apologized.

It was a quiet and relatively empty restaurant…incompetent waitress and very bad cook: the fish and chips was overcooked (all bathers were brown), the steak mushroom pie was so salty and the beef was hard like a rock! The 25$ burger was nothing special.

Not worth it. Save your money to go to a McDonald.
