The portion size of the chicken in the fried chicken burger has become much smaller than before. It really feels like the quality has gone down and they’re cutting corners. Very disappointed, especially since this used to be one of my favorite spots.

The fried chicken is very good and the chicken popcorn is delicious. But it would be nice if they could put a few napkins in my takeout.

No glove change after cleaning? Seriously?

When I got there, the girl was sweeping the floor with a glove on and when she got back into the counter, she started handling food and taking order without changing the glove or washing hands.

When I complained, instead of taking corrective actions, the girl argued that she doesn't prepare food so there is no need to charging glove. Ridiculous and disgusting. Will never go there again.

Ordered a signature chicken burger. Waited for 7 minutes. Came with 3 good size of chicken stripes. Chicken was fried perfectly, crispy and not too oily nor dry. The chicken (and the burger) was tasted bit too bland. This should be an easy fix with more favor marinade or burger sauce.

Order 2 drums but give me not 2 drum, didn’t let me know. If you cannot do that, you should let me know, I will cancel my order. I don’t eat that and throw it into the bin. Waste. That why I gave 1 star.

Otherwise, spicy chicken is not spicy, Fries packing not a good design, make it very wet and not crispy.

Don’t get takeouts from this place. They’ve done this twice now where they don’t give you fries for your combo even when it’s mentioned on their menu
