Tastes good get bubble gaga

I was told to wait 10 minutes for my drink and ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes. Normalize being honest to your customers! ?

The store is really well maintained and a great space. It's a shame that the quality of drinks don't match up to the atmosphere. I've ordered from here many times, but service almost always felt like the staff were in a rush, very antsy. Drink quality was quite inconsistent, with 30% sugar drinks tasting like regular sugar and pearls not being cooked through. Other Coco stores are fine, but I would not recommend this particular store.

CoCo Fresh has the best bubble tea in town, hands down! The flavors are always spot on, and the quality is unmatched. It’s the only place I go to satisfy my bubble tea cravings. Whether you're a bubble tea enthusiast or trying it for the first time, Cocoa Fresh is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately this location is the neatest one to my place so I had been here 4/5 times. But I’m not sure if their recipe is different than other locations or what, the drinks I got from here always tasted different and not that good. The most recent time I ordered a taro sago milk tea, with 30% sugar, but it tasted like regular sugar and the sugar wasn’t even stirred well and I could still feel it. The drink was also pretty light. Will prefer to drive or order from another location.

I chose fresh milk and fresh taro. After the delivery arrived, I immediately opened it and poured it into my cup want to heat it up, only to find that it did not contain the taro topping, nor was it fresh milk.

LOVE IT!!!

When customers give you their business, you offer them a bag or tray without charging a ridiculous price. I'll make sure not to order too many drinks from here since I'm expected to juggle them all in my hands.

They treat the apps order as last in their priority, when they are busy they handle walkin first then delivery pick up then their coco app customer, worst experience and every time you have to wait at least 20mins, this store is extremely understaffed and I won’t come again if they don’t fix
