CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice

Today, I ordered bubble tea at 8:17 pm. I told this female server my order but I forgot to ask for the presto discount, so I did when she finished scooping the tapioca. I understand staff are busy, however, she became very rude and annoyed when I asked if I could add the discount. When I waited for my drinks on the side, I could hear the rude server talking behind my back with her male colleague in Chinese! She figured I couldn’t understand Mandarin, but she got that assumption wrong. She was complaining about me being a fussy and annoying customer. This is not how you treat customers. I’ve never had such a bad experience before, and I’ve been a customer for the last 7 years. Customers go there to get a drink and enjoy, not to get insulted by staff and be upset.

I ordered the passionfruit green tea. It was very well made and served quickly!

Drinks were fine, but the service was horrible. I normally never write negative reviews. Ordered a drink and told her my ice and sugar she looked and sounded annoyed, which is fair maybe she had a bad day. When my order was ready, she just threw my straw on the table and it just felt very rude. Never experienced such behaviour and horrible customer service before. No respect to customers

There is plenty of parking but accessible parking is not infront of the store

There is a large sitting area with tables and bar area for solo guests.

The menu is extensive and the staff are plenty friendly and efficient to craft up your drink.

There are accessible washrooms inside

I was told to wait 10 minutes for my drink and ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes. Normalize being honest to your customers! ?

The store is really well maintained and a great space. It's a shame that the quality of drinks don't match up to the atmosphere. I've ordered from here many times, but service almost always felt like the staff were in a rush, very antsy. Drink quality was quite inconsistent, with 30% sugar drinks tasting like regular sugar and pearls not being cooked through. Other Coco stores are fine, but I would not recommend this particular store.

CoCo Fresh has the best bubble tea in town, hands down! The flavors are always spot on, and the quality is unmatched. It’s the only place I go to satisfy my bubble tea cravings. Whether you're a bubble tea enthusiast or trying it for the first time, Cocoa Fresh is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately this location is the neatest one to my place so I had been here 4/5 times. But I’m not sure if their recipe is different than other locations or what, the drinks I got from here always tasted different and not that good. The most recent time I ordered a taro sago milk tea, with 30% sugar, but it tasted like regular sugar and the sugar wasn’t even stirred well and I could still feel it. The drink was also pretty light. Will prefer to drive or order from another location.
