Love Daldongnae! Had to give a shoutout to the Elgin Mills location the service and their team is so considerate. The staff are so friendly and attentive, and they make every visit a great experience. Definitely one of my favorite KBBQ spots!

Authentic flavours, super friendly and hospitable. Would definitely go back and highly recommend. Went as a large group and the owner was amazing in explaining things to my elder grandparents.
They have all booths. Some tables have one burner for 2 to 4 people. Other tables have two burners for 6 to 8 people. We were a group of 6 so it was very roomy. They have so many side dishes kitchen, sweet potato mash, sprouts, dipping sauces, something that looked like natto. They cover the burner with a metal plate. You order protein (pork, chicken, beef and a vegan option) that you grill on the metal plate. Around the edges was garlic, corn-cheese, kitchen, and egg. The juice from the meats splash these extras. They refills the extras as you want for free. There were other sides I don't even know what they were. Lots of spicy sauces on things but you can avoid them.
My only complaint is the place is very noisy. But we came when the place was packed.
A reservation is recommended but I'm marking it as required otherwise you might be waiting hours. We were chatting a LOT and the restaurant ask if we were leaving soon as there was already a reservation for our table. They didn't rush us; we were just there for a really long time socializing.

Our first Korean barbecue! Nicole took care of us and she was so so helpful. Everyone is so sweet and welcoming and patient. The decor is so aesthetic and pretty and the meat is top notch. We celebrated a birthday here so I would definitely recommend!!

To be completely honest, I was really skeptical about this place at first since it wasn't ayce meat but I was pleasantly surprised. The side dishes were unlimited and was really good especially the potato salad, cheesy corn, egg and acorn jelly. The service was also really nice here but kind of slow, but I think my friend had a crush on the waiter. The main takeaway was definitely the atmosphere, it felt like I was actually in Korea even though I've never been, love the renovations. Would definitely come back.

I went here for the first time and am very impressed. I wish I knew sooner such a good Korean bbq place was so close to where I live. The quality of the meat was great, the atmosphere was nice and all of the people who work there were so nice and helpful. I can’t wait to return

Daldongnae is our go-to for kbbq and the service at this particular location is fantastic! Cuts of meat are thick, juicy and delicious. We had the beef short rib, pork belly and jowl, and chicken. Lettuce was fresh and crunchy. Banchan/side dishes are delish and the corn and steamed egg are perfect. Free refills on all the side dishes and corn, egg, kimchi and garlic.. What more could you ask for?
Our waiter, Asher, was super friendly and attentive. I don't know how he did it but he remembered every order and request without batting an eye and then returned with the thing like a flash of lightning. Bravo!

Very delicious! For me, this was a first try a KBBQ restaurant, and I have to say, not only was the beef high quality, but the waiters are very kind, insuring your dining experience is up to date.
However, on a busy Sunday evening, it might be hard to find parking and talking to others.
A little pricey, but worth it!

The meat is high quality & everything is very clean. Service was amazing! All the sides were so good, this was definitely my best experience at this restaurant chain.
If you’re coming during peak hours I would make a reservation. It can get pretty packed in there. There aren’t many options if you don’t eat pork, but the selections of beef are very filling.
Minuscule but the music was very loud which made it hard for conversations.

Excellent food and service. They are very patient when you do not know what to order and so helpful with everything. You do not feel rushed to eat and they do everything they can to make sure the eating experience is enjoyable.
Price-wise it adds up fast but the quality of the meats is excellent. Will be coming back with a larger group. They also have a vegan option as well.
