Food is terrible small portions without fresh ingredients. pool tables are uneven and staff is not friendly. I would not recommend this place

the worse place I've ever been at! considering how many times I brought clients here with bills over $100, I came over for a beer, was planning on having 2, asked for one at last call (long day), spoke with security, was told that it will not be cleared up, even the door was not locked, to make sure I can come back. spent less that 7 minutes outside. Came back (the bag was still at the table, all was poured out). the attitude was immence. I get the fact that they have too many students partying here, but it's their choice. the issue was handled terribly. never coming here again. change management, cause clearly this one is driving business down.

This restaurant needs to up their game. The worst Firkin I've been to. The restaurant was not that busy waited almost 1 hour for our food. No one came to our table to update us on the delay. They were very stingy on portions. Ordered penne with cheese, mushrooms and spinach. Looked nothing like the picture on the menu. When it came out it was like a child's size. The plate was the size of my hand and cost $16.00. For a vegetarian dish they could have put some mushrooms in it and actual spinach. Barely even 1 piece of mushroom, that I had to look very hard to find and no spinach. Also tasted like it was made yesterday and not very warm. My boyfriend ordered fish and chips. The fish was okay, but it only came with 6 french fries. It seems like this is more of a drinking bar with not very good food.

Never coming here again. The customer service and how people are treated by specifically the management team is very poor. Be prepared that if your food is made incorrectly and you bring that into their awareness, their first approach will be to argue against the customer and give multiply reasons to justify why you are wrong. They have a lack of willingness to correct it, empathise, and may lie saying ,"management/boss is not here at the moment we cannot do anything" only to have a manager standing right beside you. Had that happen twice during my visit, and was constantly redirected. It is apparent that servers do their best, but the pub itself seems understaffed as there are only two servers serving the whole pub, and I waited 40 minutes to receive a poutine. Poorest customer service I have genuinely ever expirienced in the restaurant industry.

They changed the chicken wings about a year ago and I feel like their new source isn't as high quality. Best time to come here would be on Thursday for the cheaper beers but there are other places in the area that offer pints for less than what they offer for their thursday domestic bottles

Bad food and bad service. I ordered a side of sweet potato fries for $3.50 and got less than 15 small fries. The chicken club had a weird taste to it. The server took forever. The tables are all falling apart so you have to be really careful. Wouldn't come here again.

It's the Richmond Hill go-to. We all have memories here. I've been going here since I turned 19. Everyone knows everyone. I've always had great times here and the wings are phenomenal and 1/2 price on Wednesday's!

Inviting atmosphere and friendly staff. Wide selection of reasonably priced and delicious pub fare. Appetizers were dynamite. Highly recommmend the fish tacos.

Didn't have many of the beers on their menu in stock- very disappointing, in a taunting kind of way. Also, our waiter disappeared not long after we ordered - no explanation from him or the other servers. Otherwise, food was reasonably good for a pub. My husband always enjoys their burgers. I had the butter chicken flatbread, and although it wasn't butter chicken (tandoori, actually), it was good and filling enough for a light to moderate eater.
